The couple who apparently own this place has no idea what good customer service is. They are extremely rude. If u can overlook that, their food is not ok either. However, with eating places on every Street corner, I dont feel I need to accept being treated this way. This was our 2ND and last trip there. Both times were the same attitude. Also, dont ask for water, u will be charged 50 cent for it.

Who in their right mind would try to charge a customer .50 for steak sauce for a $10.00 hamburger steak? Answer: These guys here. Who will not be returning to this restaurant? Me. You should rename this place Burger and Surcharge. Thank you for not charging me for my plastic knife and fork.

Very good, fresh and hot, great for a quick inexpensive lunch. Love the crinkle-cut fries. Philly steak all the way is fresh, hot, and fast, pretty tasty too. Very good alternative to some of the chain places!

horrible service, horrible food, french fries tasted like freezer burn, and hot dogs were digusting. Quiktrip hot dogs taste better. i spent $11, and for that i could have gotten alot more. DO NOT EAT HERE

Best hamburger and fries in the Branch! Prices are fair and tea is sweet! Reminds me of how the Dairy Mart in Oakwood used to be before it became Nichols (or nickles or whatever it changed its name to)!
