Ive had mainly good experience with China Hall. They have definitely improved their communication skills over the past 5 years and they still deliver, so that is always a plus out here in the suburbs. I find most of their dishes are your basic Chinese fare, some better than others. The noodle dishes like Singapore, Lo Mein, Mi Fen are generally quite good, but sometimes sparse on the meat. The Hunan, Kung Pao, Szechuan, and Gen Tsao Chinese dishes are not really hot/spicy (although listed so) unless you ask for them to cook it to your personal hot/spicy preference, but the sauces are flavorful either way. You do usually get ample veggies (which are always fresh) and meat/poultry/seafood in these dishes with the exception of ordering very late when they sometimes may have run short on various vegetables after a busy evening...so if you love your bamboo shoots or tiny corn, the amount might vary on occasion, not too often though and the food is always hot upon delivery. They have a Sizzling Rice Soup for 2 which is a chicken broth based soup with 2 or 3 wontons and packed with veggies and white meat chicken and shrimp. The broth is quite basic, but it is always an amazingly tasty value for the price...add some soy and its really fantastic! As for the Egg and Spring Rolls? I dont bother, they generally do not have enough meat or seafood to give them any flavor, they are basically just bland cabbage rolls, lol, it is their one consistent disappointment as far as Im concerned. On the bright side though, the Shrimp Toast is really great (ask for hot mustard off the tables rather than the packets, it makes all the difference) and the Crab Rangoon is also good (the Rangoon suffers a slightly from condensation in the styro-foam box when delivered). So, If you are looking to stay home and dont feel like cooking, these guys are a nice alternative to pizza and while the food is not fine dining, they are probably above average for the typical Chinese Restaurants in the area....and did I mention, THEY DELIVER?

We received a menu in the mail and thought we would give them a try. Big mistake. The phone call in to order was the first red flag. Girl taking the order had to have our street name spelled to her 4 times. Took four times to get the order right. Then it took an hour for delivery. Now on to the food. The General Tso Chicken was terrible. The chicken was rubbery and over breaded. The sauce was very acidic. The sesame chicken was also over breaded and rubbery. The sauce very bland. Egg rolls were doughy. Only thing halfway decent was the pork fried rice. Needless to say, that menu went in the trash.

I got a flyer in the mail that they deliver. My wife and I were looking for some more options when we didnt feel like cooking or going out. We took a chance on this, which I rarely do with Chinese places. Everything exceeded my expectations. I got sesame chicken. The sauce had great flavor, not just sweet brown goo. Im very picky about the chicken in my food and the quality of the chicken was top notch. My wife got sweet and sour chicken. She enjoyed it completely. Good stuff.

It took an hour and a half for them to get to my house. Though the food was hot, it was the most bland food Ive ever had. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was like it was in a brown water rather than sauce. I had to put salt, pepper, and soy sauce for the rice to taste like anything. They said the extra 45 min was because they were really busy, but I dont know how, unless it was first time orders like me. I would recommend to definitely NOT eat here and waste your money!

We ordered Mongolian beef which was bland and so chewy that we couldnt eat it. The egg rolls were mushy and I found a hair in mine. The fried dumplings were not cooked and very doughy. Called to complain. They said they would call me back. They didnt . I called them back and they refused to give me a refund. Told me they would give me a credit for my next order. Yeah right! Never ordering from them again. Dinner went in the trash!

I order a sweet and sour chicken, tangerine chicken and sugar donuts but I did not receive sugar donuts instead they got my order wrong and gave me something completely different. Also, I check Google maps and they are about 3 miles away from where I ordered from and it took them over an hour and thirty minutes. When I called to talk to the manager they left me on hold for an hour. I will never order or eat from here again.

The food is excellent. The one thing that I didnt like is when they changed the size of the wings. The wings were a decent size at first, now theyre serving wings that are less than half the size they served a few months ago. The bad thing is that they charge the same price. I would have given them a 5 if it werent for that. I now buy my wings from a nearby competitor.

I was stuck in traffic so I decided to get off and do Chinese... Well after walking into this place which was very nice and clean I ordered my food. Wings (lemon pepper)and beef fried rice. The wings had no lemon pepper on it and the price was ridiculous... 24.00 for Just that, wth....even after that I asked for ranch dressing and was asked to pay 1.00...

Super rude and kinda racist. They have zero phone skills, and I once remember them just taking tip money without asking what to take. Pretty presumptous. As many bad reviews they continue to stack up, Im not surprised with how they treat customers. We wont be ordering from here anymore, that is for sure.
