Went on 7-3-16 after church for dinner waitress was very nice and did a good job when time for the bill I gave her a $100 bill,she nicely said that the manager would have to break it for change. Well manager PAM came to our table and was the absolute rudest most disrespectful person whom I have ever seen said, "We dont break no hundreds up in here" so I said well why dont you have a sign. She just continued ranting about we need to get change. She was yelling and made a total nuisance of herself it was embarrassing, so when my wife and son and I were leaving to go get change she followed us outside and got my tag number as if I werent coming back to pay her Lol it was ridiculous so after getting change and coming back I tipped my waitress good and said she deserves a good tip for putting up with such a joke for a manager you could see that the manager treats employees bad as well. Ive ate at restaurants all over the country and I have to say that this was absolutely my worst experience in my 39 years. So congratulations Mrs. PAM on being the rudest individual my wife or I have ever met.

This place has really gone down. Not enough employees to run the place. The last time we were there we waited a good while for someone to come take our drink order and then heard the customers across from us saying they have been waiting along time. My husband and I just got up and left! The time before that we waited 2 hours to get our food! The place is dirty and ran down. So outdated! They need new management and more employees. And updated! Use to like coming there. Now we wont be coming any more!

Service is super slow! Theyve got the air set to such a cold temperature that youre left with a cold pizza five minutes after it has been served. Half the time, they dont have the pizza toppings you want or they give you the wrong order. Last visit, I was told they were out of bread sticks and they apologized. That apology didnt work out too well when the next family dine-in ordered bread sticks and they got them.

ate there three months ago and got sick , thought maybe it was coincidental , got food there lastnight and everyone in the house got sick , needless to say we will never eat pizza hut again , there are much better places in bremen for pizza , giovanis , papa johns , dominos , lil caesars , or go to ingles and get a frozen pizza it would be much better !

One star is too much for this place!! SAT in waiting room 10 minutes never was even acknowledgedband still couldnt get a drink or menu and we were the customers in the run down place please tell me what happened to this place it used to be awesome Ill never step foot back in the place again!! Waste of time.

Again, someone needs to check the accuracy of these markers. This one in in the middle of the street, about two miles down the road! Food is okay, but service is lacking. Check the Health Inspection sheet before you eat anywhere. If a place gets below 95, it is recommended that you take a pass.

3rd time I have ordered here and all 3 times the order was wrong. The food was terrible half the pizza was not cooked the other half was so done you couldnt bite through it. The bottom of the pizza wad as thin as a piece of paper.
