They honestly dont even deserve a one star.. they really get a BIG 0% .... Not only am I a Chef and have worked in food service /customer service for over 15 years ... I asked the lady if I could get my food a certain way and when it came it wasnt the way I wanted it .. at the time I was dealing with my sick baby who has cancer .. and they knocked at the door I grabbed the food and payed the guy when I finally went to eat my food I realized that they didnt put my broccoli on the side like I asked... I then called had to argue with the lady for 10 mins then the man came on the phone for about 10 mins.. they then proceed to come to my house with no food and tell me there not giving me my money back when I asked them over the phone if they cant make it the way I ordered it OR if they could just give me my money back ... I didnt receive either ...when the man came I was touching the broccoli and he told me not to touch it like they were gonna serve the food they gave me to someone else ..BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE .. THESE AISAN PEOPLE DO NOT RESPECT US OR OUR BUSINESS WE SPEND MONEY WITH THEM FAITHFULLY FROM OUR NAILS TO OUR HAIR TO OUR FOOD ... PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE ..

More like Mr Wrong. :/ I order thru Grubhub to have a delivery sent to work. There was obvious mixhap between communication from GrubHub and this restaurant. Thankfully, Grubhub was able to resolve the issue. But that beside the point of the service I got from this restaurant. However, the negative review isnt regarding the delivery but the service when speaking with the owner first before Grubhub. I thought it was best just to request a refund (even tho it was super aggravating with my experience, I tried to be as polite as possible cause customer service sucks.) since it was more likely situation I wasnt going to get my food. But the owner was super unprofessional, even cussing at his employees when I heard him over the phone. He even blamed me and was super defensive when that attitude wasnt even necessary. It was a poor choice especially for a business for a first time customer. If you want poor quality service for subpar (Im guessing for the "amazing" 3 star reviews) then this place is just for you.

Wellstar Regional Hospital placed an order for a luncheon last week and it was the worst chinese food we ever had! Although mine was supposed to be chicken and vegetables, it didnt taste like chicken or any vegetable and smelled like fish. Another person had cashew chicken which was equally distasteful and smelled "like cardboard". And the white rice was brown. Not brown rice just brown. When I talked to the manager she basically said she had been in business for X # of years and her food was fine and we could take our business elsewhere. Fine way to run a restaurant. No customer service at all. Dont go there!!

Let me start off with saying I placed my order around 920, which is near closing. I ordered a large and small wonton soup with some entrées. when I got back home I opened the wonton soup and was greeted with a foul smell, I tried it anyways and almost threw up. Mr. Wok apperantly thinks chicken broth is some kind of dirty soap water. I immediately left and went back and arrived at the store at 945, suprise suprise they had already closed! This was the most disgusting soup I have had the misfortune of trying. Ill leave you to decide if you should go, but needless to say Ill never set foot in that place again.

This place is great if you want to get the wrong order and then be denied the correct order and/or refund. I had to go home with a bowl full of food I physically cant eat cause they refused to give me what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, the owner looked at me and said "If I give you a refund, I lose everything. You get everything! I need to get something!" Not a way to run a business guys. On the bright side, I learned how to make great Chinese food at home for half the price! So thats a plus!

This could be one of my favorite Chinese dinners. We always get the same dishes and The Red Door delivered. The Mongolian Beef had a fantastic grilled flavor, the Orange Chicken had a slightly crispier outside. Some places make it so light that the exterior peals off others make it nearly crunchy. This was just right and the sauce was flavorful. The DanDan noodles we also fantastic. The kids liked them as well but they were possibly a bit too peppery for kids. I loved them though.

We order from this restaurant on a very frequent basis and greatly enjoy their food. We have had very few issues with their delivery service, and that is usually when we order late in the evening and the chicken is a bit chewy. They have never messed up our order, and we have ordered from them dozens of times. They have always been very friendly. We live about 1 mile from the store and delivery times are usually 30 minutes or less. We highly recommend this restaurant!

I guess it helps the store is just a couple miles from my home; these guys are consistently fast with thier delivery, often less than 30 mins. The food is good, not the greatest, but at least they mix in some white meat in most of their chicken dishes... Only complaint is the $15 min. order and I feel the menu is a little overpriced. One chicken dish with rice (Gen. Tsos here), 2 small spring rolls and a 2 liter runs me about $18- $20 with tip and delivery.

I was hesitant to try Mr. Wok because of a lot of negative reviews about the delivery service, but I work right around the corner, so I gave it a shot. Its true the sweet & sour chicken does not come with vegetables, but I have never been to a Chinese take out where it did. The food came fast, seemed to be fresh and tasted great! It was inexpensive as well. I will definitely go back again.

We are here on the weekend before the eclipse and could night find a place to eat or deliver. But red door came through. It did take twice as long as originally expected but when it did get here it was worth the wait. The crab rangoons were still crispy. Thank you red door for coming through for these small city out of towners when no one else would it was delicious

A friend and I ordered there and they messed up our order when it was delivered we called and brought the matter to their attention they told us to bring the food up there and we did they did not refund our money nor replaced the food we even called law enforcement and they proceeded to lie to them also So To Let Everyone Know They Are Crooks With A Business Licenses

I really enjoy this place. The food is great. Its not the stereotypical Chinese food and is as close to the real thing as Ive tasted in the states. I spent years in Japan and have become very picky about my Asian food. The price is fair, especially if you catch the early bird lunch special. Very decent portions. I eat lunch here at least twice a week.
