Refried beans had a very odd , unpleasant taste. When I notified the waitress, she implied that the other customer ate all of his. When I insisted, she offered the black beans which cost extra. She notified the owner whom appeared very unconcerned. At the end of my visit, I walked over to the owner and started a friendly conversation and he voluntarily added that his cook had mixed old refried beans with new which was the cause of the unpleasant taste. He never came to my table to apologize and the waitress still charged me extra. The service overall could have been much better.

When was the last time you went to a restaurant and you were served by the owner ? Better yet, when the last time you encountered a restaurant owner who was down to earth, not snoody, took the time to offer great suggestions but wasnt over bearing and in your face? Not to mention the food here is amazing and authentic and equally amazing as the service. La Salsa has great daily (including weekend) specials on top of their well priced delicious entrees and combinations.. Wish I knew about this place sooner.

Was looking for good mexican around my house and I yelped and goolged this place and OMGGGGGG.... From the time I walked in i was greeted and seated right away. My server was very nice and the owner came and spoke with me! The margaritas were amazing and I had Faijta Nachos which were amazing!! Me and my friend got a whole order and we both werw full!! My only compliant is that I didnt find this hidden treasure sooner!! If your in the area this is def a go to spot! Chico the owner is the sweetest!!

Decent food for the money..... definitely not a family restaurant due to the drinkers at the bar. They cursed and made sexual innuendos so much that I refuse to eat their anymore with my family. If you like that type of atmosphere then this place will definitely do that. The servers and food are good........just the bar is my only complaint..... maybe add an extension where diners could eat in peace with the family would be great!

I just left here for cinco de mayo and I have to say that I really enjoyed! The food was delicious and the margarita was strong enough. (I still have a buzz) The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back. It is refreshing to have a great Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood. All I have to do is drive right down the road. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. I have been in Austell for 4 years.

Service & food was excellent! We met the owners great & friendly people. Will definitely be going back whenever we are in town again. We went because the other commented on how good the chips & salsa are & I am a sucker for chips & salsa & these are among the best I have ever had. They also had karaoke going on when we went made for some good entertainment. A definite must check out spot.

I went to this place with my friend after randomly looking online for somewhere we both had never eaten in the area. We found La Salsa. My food was so amazing, I wanted to go back the next day. The salsa and chips were good, my food was great (one chicken (recommended over the beef although both were good) and one beef fajita quesadilla). Service was good. Try it if you're in the area.

Chico and his family run a great restaurant with a good atmosphere, and good people. Their food is always freshly made, well seasoned, and oh yeah,...the BEER is always cold, and the Margaritas are always colorful, and tasty. I especially love the LA SALSA Brew. As a matter of fact, im craving a Tostada, and a Brew Right now. Think i will go get one. See ya!!!!

Definitely NOT Mexican food. I walked into this place hoping to find a family owned type authentic Mexican food but instead its just like Taco Bell with a bar. Can ground beef inside dried enchiladas made of can sauce. They dont even make their own fresh salsa served with chips. It was Costco bought jar salsa. There are other Mexican joints close by. STAY AWAY.

The place isnt what I was expecting ....I used to go Margaritas and the service was the best and the owner was always polite and respectful but now people is very mean specialy waitress and manager or owner .....I will never give my bussines to La salsa cause i expect bein respected and well served no matter who I am or where Im coming from...

One of my favorite places to eat and hang out. Food is excellent, the owner Mark AKA "Chico" is amazing to have around and a very good conversationalist. He also does many things for charity including motorcycle rides and as well respected in the community. I highly recommend going to this place. Also try their Texas Dip its excellent as well.

Ordered take out and recieved wrong order. Upon letting the owner Mark know he took care of the problem with minimal issues. Coming from the west coast I was looking for awesome Mexican food. I came away impressed with Marks service and hospitality. Atmosphere is cozy, service is relatively fast. Id eat here again.

Excellent Mexican food and fast, friendly service. The margaritas are good, the tacos, flautas, and quesadillas are delicious! We bring my parents here whenever they visit. ;) And they have the best chips Ive ever tasted! This is where we go when we want Mexican.

If I could give this place No stars I would... Waitress was nice but had no idea what she was doing!! We waited OVER a hour for a simple appetizer and a margarita... I talk to a manager and she never tried to help!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! SORRY ASS HELL!!!

The food has declined in quality over the years. It tastes and looks microwaved and like its from a can. The Veracruz Enchiladas are mediocre at best and the shrimp arent even whole. Its obvious theyre frozen. Its a shame because the staff is nice.

This is my absolute favorite spot. Mark makes this place a blast everytime Im there. Good food, Great Drinks and Outstanding Service. Sit at the bar, youll love the Regulars and the fun conversation. Great for family night too!

Atmosphere was gd, service was gd, food was not bad, but was also not good. The steak was over cooked and not season, nor was the peppers and onions. aThe rice also had no flavor.
