I always spend at least $40 on the food from this place. Im a good loyal customer, which is the exact reason I am so dissapointed in what just happened. Ordered food, they messed up the order and when I called to tell them, the lady gave me two options. 1) credit the account for next time or 2) have the right dish brought to me tonight. I wanted my food I ordered so I took the 2ND option. I wasnt going to make my family wait until my food came, so they ate without me. No biggie.. until the guy who brings me my food demands I give the improper dish back. If I want my order, I have to give their mistake back first. I try to show the guy the order was wrong and instead of apologizing and just letting me get my food, he makes a big deal over getting the other food back.again, we order from them often, always $40+ worth of food. Even McDonalds has the decency to let me keep the mess up food in the event of a mishap such as tonight. Food they are just going to throw out anyways. Its not the food, or money spent, its the principle that after giving these people hundreds of dollars in the year Ive been ordering from them, they wont let me keep the $8 noodles they mistakenly brought me. I have two kids, even if I didnt want the noodles someone wouldve eaten them. It wouldve been a nice gesture, but now Im just feeling insulted that they messed up and no effort was giving to make me, the customer, feel like they were sorry it even happened. Will never order from them again after tonight

I have ate here for years and now I will not eat here anymore. They need to have someone who speaks English take orders, not the old owner. They often mix things up and typically I find it funny and eat whatever. Last night, we were hanging out, just the guys, drinking beer... i gave them the different address like 7 times, spelt out word for word, even said pass 1## Oconee and we are outside at bottom of the hill! They went to my usual address anyhow, then woke up my wife and kids at 10pm, got my dog barking, a big disaster. Its not even that good but... never will I order again and neither should you. I just realized, without delivery they wouldnt be in business... thats why the minimum delivery price is so low. Ya know, the old man owner came to my door and didnt understand the credit swiper machine attached to his phone, then handed me the slider and said you do it. I didnt understand how to swipe a card on behalf of rainbow asia and accidentally didnt add a tip, then he got very angry and repeatedly said... no tip! No tip! Go eat at asian food up riverstone parkway, next to the movie theater and the tmobile store. They need to get on here, apologize for sucking and fix whatever they are doing. Unless there main clientele is the i dont care trailer parks Edit... clearly some comments below are from the owners, just look at there poor grammar. Ugh, i ordered like 50 times, sad it went so downhill.

I generally tip very well and am reasonable when it comes to service expectations. I received worst service I have ever had from this location. The food wasnt bad in quality and portion and we might still order take-out again but will never dine-in again. We had a text coupon for free dumplings that apparently had expired (no expiration shown). No big deal, we didnt push it but they brought out some anyways. The server had little knowledge about the menu and had a difficult time getting the order correct even while standing at the table. Waters were never filled while dining. My wife orders Thai curry and fried rice and what comes out is chicken curry with steamed rice. We inform the server and the manager comes out and tries to convince us that what we actually ordered was chicken curry. Finally she agrees to take back the meal and so we order sesame chicken instead. When the bill came it was not correct had the entrees wrong and the tax calculated incorrectly. When I asked for the bill to be corrected the managed tried to guilt me for eating the dumplings that were brought to our table for the expired coupon and that I should pay for them even though I never ordered them or pushed the issue after hearing the coupon was expired. If you are looking for an excellent Asian restaurant in the area go to Izumi Asian Bistro off of Town Lake. Best Chinese, Thai, and Sushi Ive had in Georgia!

I sadly ordered to go and got home before Id realized how royally screwed I was. I ordered two sushi rolls, one with fried scallops and the other topped with salmon. The raw salmon was not fresh and clearly very cheap, I couldnt trust eating it after the first bite and started pulling the rest off of the roll, it was almost white instead of pink. The masago that was on one of the roll was only a thin smear in one section. The fried scallops were battered and whole, sitting intermittently throughout the roll so it was lumpy and oddly sized with varying ingredients based on what part of the roll it was. But ABOVE ALL ELSE there was zero sushi vinegar involved, yes, thats right, the rolls were all made with plain rice without even a dash of rice vinegar at all. Its not even considered sushi without the vinegar. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE sushi, worse than a grocery store, I will never ever eat sushi there again, I gave up trying to force myself to eat it and threw out more than half of what I purchased.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered shrimp fried rice for takeout, got home, and about 5 bites in it felt as if I had just bitten a rock. I had to spit it out to see what in the world it was and it was GLASS. I called and told them I had glass in my food and the lady that answered tried to tell me that there was no way that couldve happened. I am never one to unnecessarily make a hassle but this was just unacceptable. THERE WAS FREAKING GLASS IN MY FOOD. I dont know how this place is still open honestly, you can find much better Asian food elsewhere.

We ordered food at 6:30pmto be picked up at 8:00pm. We were promptly called at 7:20pm asking if we were going to pick up our food. When asked if the food was cooked as soon as it was ordered, we were hung up on. Upon arrival to the restaurant to pick up food, we were given an obviously made up story about how the caller mixed up the time and the food was very fresh. Once we got home and opened the food it was very obvious it was not fresh. Long story short, we were lied to and given old food. We will never eat there again. Bad business.

Horrible horrible horrible, I ordered online today and got there 30 minutes after I order and waited another 10 to find my food. No big deal. Got home and my hand rolls and sushi rolls were soggy slop, I couldnt even finish eating them because they were such a disgusting mess. Im not a sushi snob by any means, I really enjoy publix sushi and will definitely choose it over rainbow Asia anyday. I gave 2 stars over 1 because it was cheap and my girlfriend liked her side of lo mein.
