My wfe and I came for first visit here today 2/29/16. Our very first impression was the outside of the restaurant: very festive and decorative. We were promptly seated by our hostess and our server Michelle was there promptly to get us drinks and chips. The salsa/picante sauce was very good, nice and thick and full of flavor. I ordered the authentic tacos, had 2 with chicken and 2 with beef; both were excellent. Very much authentic and excellent flavor. They came with some kind of tomatillo sauce that was incredible. My wife had the taco al carbon, she had one with flower tortilla and one with corn tortilla. The taco steak was perfect. The prices are reasonable, especially given the very large portions of food you get. Everything was great, including the service. The manager Carlos came around to check on us, and Michelle was a GREAT waitress (and shes a California girl!) Our favorite restaurant used to be the one by our house, its now second. The only problem with Casa Grande is it is too far from our house! I dont know where the one reviewer states the place was a mess on the inside. This place looks as nice on the inside as the outside and it was very clean. That post sounds like either an unhappy competitor or a disgruntled former employee. Who knows. Great experience!

I have to admit, wed been waiting a long time for Casa Grande to open. Wed watched the progress and wed watched as everything seemed to be set and ready. We love each of the other "Marietta Family Restaurants" and had high hopes for Casa Grande. On September 11, we made our first visit. And weve returned twice since... So to tell you how much we enjoyed it ... weve been to this new restaurant 3 times in less than a month. Yeah ... thats huge for us. The first thing you notice is the quality and vibrancy of the decor. There is no cheesy "Mexican" like chatchkies as the decoration. There are glass blown sculptures and inlaid wood panels that are throughout the restaurant. Really, it is stunning. But the food is where they "absolutely" win. They have that high quality that youd expect at Marietta Diner, Cherokee Cattle or Marietta Fish Market. The food is the real star.. And they take it up a notch. Nothing that weve had has been less than amazing... Make no mistake, theyre busy. There appears to be an hour wait at peak times. But they move people with the efficiency that their other restaurants do and it does not miss a beat with the high level of service.

Within the last 2 weeks I visited this establishment & was highly disappointed with my service. I placed a to go order with each visit & a week ago I checked my order & it was incorrect. I waited for the issues to be resolved. Yesterday I placed another order & the young lady did a great job she verified the order prior to submitting it. I get home order was incorrect again!!! I called spoke with management & was advised that I could keep incorrect order & the next meal would be free. Unfortunately the order consist of things that I could not consume. I came back management basically replaced what was incorrect with order did not take in consideration that by the time I drove back to correct issues that the proper thing to do was remake the entire order so the meal would not be cold once this process was corrected. My concern is lots of ppl have allergies as myself a restaurants main concern should be customer safety with making sure that orders are correct. After advising management of my concerns I was offered a free dessert??? So if I keep & consume incorrect order the next meal is FREE. POOR SERVICE!!!! Ill take my business elsewhere thanks but no thanks.

The happiest southern Mexican fare youll ever find! This cursed location has previously seen 3 failed restaurants, the Marietta Diner Group has worked their magic and created a colorful, cheerful destination thats a sure hit with young and old, and the constantly-full parking lot bears witness. The food and service are very good and theres lots of variety on the menu, something for everyone (we should know, our family includes vegetarians, vegans and an admitted Mexican-food hater). Of course, as youre waiting to be seated, you cant miss the traditional MDG display case stuffed full of award-winning cakes and pies right near the door - not exactly Mexican, but who cares? Not a bad spot for coffee and dessert after a movie at the nearby Austell Regal 22. Dont be surprised if the manager stops by your table and asks how you like your meal and if theres anything he (or she) can do for you. MDG also owns and runs the Marietta Diner, Marietta Fish Market, Pasta Bella, Cherokee Cattle Company and Yeero Village, quite a variety for a Greek immigrant family!

Opening day, management informed us that they have a special menu, and that for three days these meals are free for dinner. Day one: Excellent meal and service. I tipped 20% as is my custom. I decided that I will be coming back here frequently in the future. Day two: Excellent meal and service. I again tipped 20%. Day three, the special menu was gone, and so was the original offer. Having brought friends to dine with me, we all left after the embarrassing renege. I hate liars. Giving management a second chance, I returned alone some days later for lunch...The server was not knowledgeable regarding the available menu items, and my lunch was not at all what I was told it would be. 45 minutes later I finished my meal and left...for the last time. I paid ten dollars for what I finally ordered; one burrito. The server and ALL managers who addressed my issues were horribly inept at customer satisfaction. The top manager tried to offer me a free piece of cake in a weak attempt to make things right, and I informed him that I will not be returning.

First visit - Mediocre at best food, poor but friendly service, very loud, smelled like rotten sponge/dishwater where I was seated though I am a bit sensitive to that smell, drunk people everywhere, did not receive our full order and had to wait (fajitas came without tortillas and nobody checked on us, etc), but the manager was nice when I told her about it. May give this place another try on another night (Turns out Thursday is karaoke night) but probably not. I think they care more about colorful lights and getting people drunk than making quality Mexican food but Im not sure. And yeah, the fajitas were steaming, not smoking, so bad that I moved the plate away from in front of my girls face because she was trying to dodge steam. The manager Victoria was incredibly sweet and sympathetic though, obviously cares about making the place better so perhaps in the near future!

The first time my wife and I went there was about a week ago,the staff and food was so well done I went BACK again, this time with some friends of ours and once again they didnt disappoint. The waiter we had was excellent unfortunately I cant remember his name but he worked in the section next to the bar, once again the food was well done and the margarita was on point (I suggest the Texas, its made with 1800 tequila) and taste better than the house. What Im MOST impressed with it that there was an issue with a customer at the bar and while he wasnt belligerent and making a scene he wasnt too happy at the bartender about his tab,her and the asst mgr listened, the bartender explained the situation and then apologized if there was anything she did wrong as far as running the tab or making the drink and THAT kind of customer service is why I will continue to go there.
