This location is not ready for prime time. While the food was fine (it wasnt anything to write home about), service was slower than molasses in winter. The fact that the drive-thru speaker was scratchy and barely audible didnt help either. Three stars is probably generous, but we did get what we ordered after confirming the purchase at the window since we couldnt effectively do it when the order was first placed. This was important since they were missing some basic ingredients and couldnt fulfill our first request. If you love Krystal stop by, but there are plenty of other fast food options in the area.

Disgusting, the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the guy in the drive through up graded my drink to a medium. The fries were not hot, the Krystal burger tasted a day old, and the Chicks were too crispy. I have not ate Krystals in years, and that may have been the reason why.

Very friendly service and food was fresh off the grill!! Fries hot and not too much ice in my cup. Great Management and friendly cashiers not to mention i pulled up 4 min before closing, and The manager still provided friendly service and fresh food. Great Job guys

I recently moved from fairburn rd to thortan rd. I have NEVER recieved fresh food from this location, not breakfast or dinner. They dont even answer their phones so i can never get it replaced. From now on if my family wants krystals i have to drive to fairburn rd.
