Weve ordered here plenty of times and gotten great delivery times and quality food. So this time I dont know what happened. Being in the restaurant industry and having had great experiences before, my assumption is poor management is in place. Ordered a $10 dinner combo and some wings with fries. Added toppings to the pizza not minding the extra charge because we wanted a really good lunch, which is not what we got. Quoted 55 minutes for delivery when the store is 10 minutes away. First thought was ok they are either really busy (on a Monday at 3pm?) or the time is wrong and it will be here sooner because its never taken an hour. An hour an 35 minutes later, pizza shows up. Its luke warm at best, there is a white sauce on the pizza instead of the red we ordered (I checked my ONLINE order to where a human couldnt hear me wrong and only has to read - not my error). The fries were burnt, but cold upon arrival. The only thing that was any bit warm was the wings, which were not good anyway because the breading on the friend bone in wings was completely soggy, yuk. Hoping this will help wake some one up so somebody can get the stores !@#$ together, not looking to have to find alternative pizza solutions.

I had a very poor experience. Not only was the pizza a half an hour late but it was room temperature and it seemed like they ran out of cheese before making it. All I was able to see were my shriveled up and dry toppings on pizza sauce. The pie looked pitiful, it truthfully looked like it was thrown together. Sauce was all over the dry crust and popped bubbles on the surface. I understand getting busy and overwhelmed but a successful business should be prepared for "busy" times. I could have let the pie being late slide but its the quality that disappointed me the most. I could have saved 8.00 by running down to the competitor and purchasing a pie for 5.00 Hot n ready, which is what I plan to do next time. This is only my second time ordering from this location and both times the pie was disappointing. I know Pizza Hut makes pretty good pies because I have dined in at other locations and the experience was delightful. I just wont order from here anymore.

Ordered online and never received my food or even a phone call letting me know what was going on bt yet they took my money. I had to call my bank to get my money back and tried calling the pizza hut a few time only to be sent to a call center and placed on hold for over 45 minutes. Really at disbelief on how you could conduct business like this. I would NEVER order or eat at a pizza hut EVER. THIEFS IS WHAT YOU ARE SHAME ON YOU.

Just the worst. Im not sure if the chain is staffed by pissed off, self-hating, angsty teen-agers that hate everyone, or they just dont care about good customer service. The worst pizza Ive ever had. When my pizza was delivered, it was cold, dry, shriveled, and wrong. Great job guys! Way to have pride in yourselves and your job! Oh yeah, good luck getting ahold of management to complain. I will never order from this chain again.

Worst experience ever with ordering a pizza!!!! Our pizza had ingredients missing in spots where large bubbles made them slide off. Managment onsite was to remake it again and it was the same way when it arrived the second time. The store gave us a credit for the next order. We gave it another try and now they dont know of any credit. Talked to manager and even the Order Center they are all so useless!!!

Ordered online. 30 mins later, I check on my order, only to see that it will take another hour for it to get here. I called and was told that they send out the orders in the order that they receive them. So they have an hour and a half of orders to process?? I cancelled my order, now we will see if they refund my account or if Ill have to go to my bank. Never again.

This was the worst experience Ive ever Had from pizza delievery. My pizza was burnt and when I called about it the manger David Lust was very rude. Pizza hut will never have to worry about me again they gave me credit and I will give it to my daughter on to Papa Johns
