Oh man, I really regret not reading the reviews. I saw that it had like one star, but I thought, its late night food, cant expect perfection, sure its not that bad, WAS I WRONG. First, the delivery, it took an hour and a half to arrive, I was called 15 minutes before it arrived, and she asked me if I still wanted my food. That was a new one for me. Then, she gets to my apartment complex and calls me again, she tells me that my name is not in the call box, thats funny, considering I had just used it earlier when my friend dropped me off. Fine. I give her the number to call. She says she calls it, like every other delivery place has ever done with the expected results, only she calls me again to say that it doesnt work. She asks me to just meet her at the gate. I tell her that I cant do that, because I was in a bad car accident last week, I have no car, and I cant walk that far to meet her. She gets upset and tells me she has just driven 9 miles (my place is 4 miles away) and some other incoherent stuff, then she follows someone through the gate. She tells me to meet her outside of my building, not to mention she says "right now" as if ordering me to do what she says. Im thinking to myself, ok fine, just give me my freaking food. I wait outside of my building for another 3 minutes before she calls me again saying that she cant see any of the apartment building letters and I wait for her to circle around. Im a server, I work for tips, I have never not tipped well, but tonight, even though I felt hesitant, I only gave her 10%. Whats the point in delivery food if youre expecting me to meet you all the way at the gate or make me walk up three flights of stairs to meet you outside? Whatever, I finally have food. I wasnt expecting much. I understand Im ordering from a takeout place that serves Chinese, Thai, burgers, and wings all in one. I dont expect it to be fine dining at midnight. But its hardly edible. The crab Rangoon tastes like the stuff youd buy frozen from Kroger and was then microwaved for 10 minutes and left out to get all soggy and weird tasting. The steamed dumplings tasted WORSE than what I could buy from Kroger, it was like eating a tasteless mush wrapped inside of a tasteless, rubbery lasagna noodle. The Singapore mei fun was hot as hell in the middle, but somehow all of the bits of chicken and beef and shrimp were all dried out and cold. I tasted the meat individually and decided I didnt even feel safe eating it, I dont even have words to describe how awful it is. Im not even going to bother calling back and requesting a refund after all of the other reviews Ive read on here. I just cant even deal with these jerks anymore tonight. Just please dont go here, it really is not worth spending any money on.

I had a very bad experience with this place...first off, they were going to charge me a $10 delivery fee to deliver to my house which was a few minutes away. I just decided to pick it up. When I got there, the lady in charge of the phone line (as disheveled and lethargic as she looked) told me that there was going to be a "slight" delay in my order because they were trying to get caught up on all of the other orders...I comply with her request to have a seat... It literally took 45 MINUTES from the time I arrived to the place (which was 30 minutes after I initially placed my order for delivery over the phone, by the way,) For me to receive all of my food. She said that I could grab a soda for the wait and that she apologizes.....she still charged me a dollar for the soda though... WHen I FINALLY had the food in my hand, and arrived back home. I unraveled my egg foo young, which was okay at best, but hid a very tough piece of chicken fat within its eggy confines (I ordered shrimp.), and the crab Rangoon tasted like they were either fried in 3 week old oil, or they were 3-weeks old themselves...either way, horrible food, and this is only one occasion. I live closer to them now and I cant say that theyve improved. Dont order from here guys....period.

I would have given negative stars if that had been an option!!! UGH I just had the WORST takeout ever tonite - it arrived quickly and that was the only thing that was good about it. Have they undergone a change in management, cook or something???The "shrimp with snow peas" was about 60% broccoli - and I detest broccoli. It never used to have broccoli in it. Also, on the phone I was asked did I want white or brown sauce. Well, it always came with white sauce before so I said white sauce. It came with a yucky tasting brown sauce and the usually luscious steamed shrimp were overcooked and tough and it all tasted like broccoli, that was the only flavor there. We also got a pu-pu platter and every piece was overly greasy. The teriyaki chicken was either burnt or reheated or both besides being greasy. Ditto for the wings. The crab rangoon seemed like it must have been left over from a day or two ago. Maybe three days, it tasted so stale. Yep, last time I ever order from there. We just ended up throwing it all away. What a waste of money.

THIS IS NOT A RESTURANT!! Its a STORE FRONT that specializes in delivering DOD FOOD and passing it off as food!!! Ordered 2 orders of egg rolls (so salty my kids wouldnt eat them) chicken fried rice (was told you have to REQUEST vegetables and egg-kids wouldnt eat) Egg drop soup (it was yellow, and ZERO flavor) Buddha veg (over cooked and oddly sweet) 10 wings naked with sauce on the side (tasted like they were fried 3 days ago and warmed) and rice noodles with shrimp (they were noodles and there were 2 whole shrimp).... after about a dozen calls with an angry woman, we drove the food back for our refund, she text to the point that weve threatened to call the authorities, told the front desk that gave us the menu, called my credit card company.. today will call the health Dept after walking inside to return the food, the food was as poor as the customer service

I am not a complainer at alll. I have never had to call back any place. I will say though that this place is horrible. The lady who answers the phone is rude and doesnt know what she is doing at all. I order house fried rice and it was spoiled. I mean Spoiled!!! I work for a hotel and I got a cook to see just in case. The lady kept saying that it was impossible. I wouldnt be going through all the hussle of calling. if it was impossible. She kept saying its non-refundable. But that is not the point. I just wanted some fresh food brought to me and she said, that they dont do that. I do not in any way recommend this to any body any where at any time. Nasty and uncouth. I do not know any other way to put it

Absolute Worst Chinese food ever!!!! First of all it does not take over an hour to deliver Chinese food. Second the wrong order was delivered so had to wait for her to come right back with the right order. She asked me to empty out my food out my bag so she could use it for the next customer. Third the food was lukewarm like it had been sitting for quite some time. No heat to it at all!!! Fourth the order was made incorrectly so it could not be eaten!!!! Lastly when calling the facility they ignored our phone calls, and even when they did pick up, they hung up when we identified ourselves!!!! And to put the icing on the cake, the next morning I was nauseous and vomited all afternoon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
