After much debate, I decided to write this review. First of all, I will say I had great customer service when I first called to place my order. The food was delivered in a timely manner, but didnt taste the best. However, the issue occurred when the delivery driver came. I came down to tip, however, only had a $20 bill on me (I already paid for the food online). The driver only had $11. My total was only $18 so a $9 is a bit excessive. At first he was very nice about and was like its okay, its not a big deal, dont worry about it. I felt bad about so I told him I would call or stop by the restaurant when I get the chance to tip him. An hour later I get 3-4 missed calls from the driver when I was sleeping. The next day, I get 3 missed called from Niramish while I was in class. At this point, I didnt care how the food was, I felt embarrassed to even come into the restaurant for a mere $3-4 tip. This is ridiculous! Is this how you treat your customers?! If I wasnt willing to tip , I would have never offered to begin with, but the driver AND the restaurant calling multiple times is absolutely absurd. Awful experience, I will not be returning.

Four of us dined at Niramish tonight and unanimously declare it the worst Indian food in Atlanta (or perhaps in the US). Notably, tikka masala sauce tasted like a loathsome mix of ketchup and cream. Those in our party who asked for mild-to-medium got it too hot; the one person who said "medium to hot on an Indian scale" got a dish that had no heat whatsoever. The chiken was dry and the tofu uninteresting. Service was good and the garlic naan, although in smaller pieces that I am used, was good.

Best Indian in Atlanta. In a city where good Indian can be extremely hard to come by, its nice to finally have place that can consistently make a large range of dishes very well. Cant speak to the meat dishes, but have had most of the vegetarian dishes (multiple times in most cases) and I havent been disappointed yet. The level of spiciness can be a bit inconsistent, but thats a common issue with with most Indian places. The naan is perfect.

I didnt like this place. In a town of not-so-great Indian restaurants, this one is below average. The food just wasnt great. Sorry. Plus its run down, although I do not base my review on this as Little 5 Points is filthy in general so in that sense it fits right in. The waiter was very nice though, although if I were him I would immediately find a job elsewhere as we were the only people in the restaurant.

Had a delivery Delivery was within time promised Order taker was polite and took order correctly. Taste wise The WORST INDIAN FOOD I HAD IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. NO SALT OR SPICE. EVERYTHING WAS SWEET. Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala was TERRIBLE. Tasted sweet like tomato purée Ordered Chicken Biryani NO SALT OR SPICE Chicken was dry. Garlic Naan was Decent but a little dry.

I thought the food was great. I had a lunch there. Service excellent as was the food authentic. It is not a fancy place. That suited me just fine and being in Little Five Points made it even better. Little Five Points is a unique place and the shops are part of the flavor. If I could live anywhere in Atlanta it would be there and I would eat at Niramish often.

The food is delicious! They somehow manage to message there rice perfect every time. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Marsala (medium spice), with a Vegetable Samosa and Mixed Naan. The portion size great. The restaurant is dark, somewhat dated and casual. They also have good customer service. WiFi is not available and they dont serve alcohol, but you went miss it.

Delicious to the max. A secret-- they are Bangladeshi-- this means its not just the usual Indian fare, but some things--like "niramish" (a delicious smushed veggie dish), and the biryanis just a little bit different, etc... The food is really that good-- and they deliver, including at some crazy (good) hours!

food is fine, spicy. probably would have tasted better if delivery hadnt taken over an hour. placed order at 6:20, estimated delivery 7:45. delivery guy calls at 7:45 and says hes 10 minutes out. at 8:45 he arrived (after not answering several calls). probably will order elsewhere next time for delivery.

My husband and I really love this place. The samosas are always tasty and hot! The chicken tiki masala is great and so is everything else we have ever gotten. We always finish with a refreshing mango lassi. Delivery can take a while but we order accordingly.

Was looking for food at night around 10 and felt good to find this open. But when I entered, the ambience is not good. Food is ok ok when its hot. Value for money is 1 out of five. We have added biryani and the pieces are few. They even charged for raita.

maybe i got an off night or cook but the tikka masala is awful and tasted like canned tomato soup or something. $14 is absolutely ridiculous for what i just ate. edible but thats it. samosa was great however. delivery driver was cool

Pretty decent Indian food for the immediate area.. the service was very good. Garlic naan was great, curries were flavorful but nothing to write home about. I ordered Pani Puri and the Puri was very stale... Otherwise, not bad

The servers were very nice so we felt bad saying anything. The food was disgracefully bad. Chicken tikka masala was just tomato paste mixed with catsup. Saag paneer had been frozen. We are still talking about how bad it was.

Food taste is not the best. The restaurant is a good place for pickup . food was spicy even though it was ordered for medium spicy. Didnt look or taste like an authentic Indian restaurant. The staff is kind and courteous

What did I like? NOTHING! This place smelled like mold. The restaurant wasnt clean. The service was bad, the prices were high, and most importantly the food tasted terrible. I wouldnt eat at that place ever again!

The food was great, but the delivery was terrible. I ordered a meal 2 hours in advance and they showed up almost an hour after it was scheduled to be delivered. EAT IN THE RESTAURANT if you want your food on time.

The food is delicious. You can order the level of hotness on a 5 point scale. The service is business-like but good. We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.
