This place sucks!! I ordered the Vegetable Korma, along with the garlic Naan online... My pickup time was at 4:30.I got there a few minutes early, and was told by a short guy that my order would be ready shortly.. I patiently waited an additional 5 minutes or more, when a taller guy came out the back kitchen to tell me that I would need to "come back at 5:30", because they did not have the ingredients to make my dish. My initial thought process was like, WHY WASNT I CALLED AND TOLD THIS??? So now I am subject to sit here an entire hour on lunch while you prepare my food??? These are all thoughts Im having, as I remained calm throughout this ordeal. So the taller guy says that he has a dish similar called the, Vegetable Biryani, and that I could try a sample... Dude brings out the sample, and its cold, and LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE VEGETABLE KORMA!!! At this point Im just over it... I get the food, ask for my money back for the Naan they didnt have. The tall guy has the NERVE to add taxes to this cold dish!!! I take the change, and bounced!! WORST SERVICE EVER. FIRST AND LAST TIME I COME HERE!!!!

Food is good. I have ordered chilli chicken it is good. I ordered chicken dum biryani it is good but not spicy even kids can eat without any issues :) They should have options in spicy levels like mild, medium and spicy, but unfortunately no options. Vulavacharu and natu kodi related dishes are not available yet. Main part need to tell is their service, it is one of the worst service, they will take more than half an hour to serve your food, as they started newly i think this may be ok but they have to improve a lot in servicing. At least they should serve quickly or with in reasonable time but should not take so much time. For food i will give 4 stars and for service i will give 1 star. If you want to kill the time or you have lot of time and dont know what to do, (of course if you are not hungry) this is the best place to do time pass with good food. Over all food id good, interior is good, reasonable price, very spacious and only bad is service (time taking to serve food). If they able to serve quickly im sure i should have given much better rating.

today I have got the worst biriyani ever from Bawarachi. its very watery lol and got chicken fry which is like some wet curry not like fry. both of them are worst. I have taken food from here after a long time hoping for some improvement but it was much much worst than I has before . I so hate to take food here again. I heard the same from many people and the reviews written here also are all fake written by their own friends family mostly. do not believe them. there are much better restaurents around here other than this stupid restaurent like persis is good biriyani pot is good too. never here

The customer service over here totally sucks. The waiters always look so sad that as if somebody is forcing them to do their job. Went for lunch buffet, we arrived at 2:10pm. The buffet closes at 2:30pm, but even before we could collect our plates the owner says that there will be no more refills. The food was almost finished already, no chicken pieces in the curry, the bread was not fresh, the food was not upto the mark as well. If they stop refill at 2pm itself then I recommend them to close the buffet at 2pm itself. As mentioned earlier, very poor customer service and bad user experience.

Bawarchi Atlanta, Near North Point Mall. Worst situation happened for us.. We ordered Tray Chicken Biryani for a Birthday Party (price 120$). Order conformed at 11 AM and pick up time was given at 7 PM. Every thing went well till now. okay guys party started and we opened tray at 8:30 Pm here it started Smelling.. We were very eager for Biryani and finally we disappointed. BAD BAD BAD situation.... we called them later their response: Guys, we cant do any thing, you guys would have stop the party and dine in for quality food :( :(

Dont know how and what to give stars here. When it comes to Biryani, I can give 4+ stars. One of the best in town. But they introduced the lunch buffet few months back. Tried it 3 or 4 times, cant give anything more than 2 stars. - food is not hot. Everything is ice cold - spoils the taste. How will a ice cold cold chicken 65 taste?? - taste is not good on 6 out of 10 items. Horrible rock hard idlis. Other than biryani and dessert, of course. - Better make buffet good or you will loose me for ever.

One of the worst restaurants I have been too. Our server was really dumb! Me and friend order two different entrees, our server brings the first one, I asked him whose is this and he gave me a blank face! I asked him what is it. He gave me another blank face and goes to ask his manager. The food was equally worse. Both me and my friend had stomach problem later that day. I would stay away from this place and eat healthy somewhere else.

Okay this place went from a eat all you can eat to a menu specific restaurant. My take is they did it to make more money. The food is average, usually this is what youre fine with chain restaurants. The food is very tasty made-to-order. youre paying higher prices for menu items that you would otherwise get on a buffet style setting. I dont mind paying the higher prices, but you should get authentic Indian food if thats the case.

Went over the weekend and got a couple of items to go. The preparation itself was good but the chicken was really stale and almost to the point of being spoilt, as if.. it had been left outside for 3-4 days. I had to throw away all the meat and just ate the gravy. The same problem with the location in Atlanta. I dont get it.. how can a restaurant which serves non-veg food not know how to serve fresh meat? Will not return!!

I was expecting a buffet, but they actually bring you a sample of everything either non-veg or veg. This might be fine if you have no dietary restrictions, but if you do, then this is not the place for you. I ordered the non-veg executive, and they gave me the wrong thing twice, and I still dont think they had it right. I couldnt eat over half of the plate, so it was a waste of money for me. I will not be returning here.

We visited this place on our first day in this area when we moved to GA. This place has inexpensive and very good lunch thali options. Me and my wife liked the food and we have visited couple more times. Being a Biryani Point I tried Chicken Biryani and it was good too. Service was good and we were greeted and treated well. I will keep adding to this review as and when I visit this place. So far I dont see any negatives.

I visited this place last week on sunday and i have ordered as per recommendation from restaurant people.Malai kofta But the food which i got was really bad and doesnt have any taste or quality. I complained about it also but restaurent people doesnt care about 3 people came and ask and go but none of them return.Pathetic customer service. I will never go there again and would recommend anyone other friends of mine.
