Staff was rude and just wants you to order and leave. They only had bbq for sauce. No ketchup, ranch, etc. From when I ordered (ate inside with a friend), they took about 15 mins to get our food. Perhaps 7 or 8 cars went through the drive thru and were served quicker than us. When the food order came up, it was only my food and my friend had to wait an additional 10 mins to get his food. I think we waited 30 mins overall. Then they forgot his drink. I mean, I guess at least my order was right.. This location isnt very good and I will never go back.

Went through the drive through at 1am after work on 6/12/26 employee: compliant with anjelica. I heard my food and she was not only super rude. I was already thinking about pulling off. Or going inside. We drive up to second window and gives me 3 drinks and I only asked for one. Seemed very strange to me. So when getting home Im missing half of my order! What kind of service is this. Its not my fault she hates her job. Im a general manager at. Very well known restaurant. This is crazy. She doesnt need to have a job with her attitude.

I love those greasy cheap tacos. They remind me of the tacos my elementary school cafeteria used to make. Other than that and the few different -from-the-other-burger places fare like the chicken fajita pita or the teriyaki bowl, theres not much to draw you here. The Ridge location has poor service and is frequented by an odd assortment of the odd. Be prepared to be engaged in a discussion with a pan handler or two during your dinner.

Friendly service, it usually takes a couple extra minutes to get it but its worth it, besides Burger King, Wendys and Taco Bell its one of my favorite fast food places. I live in Northern KY and this is the only one I can go to regularly. However when I went last night I was shorted 2 bucks on my order, avoid paying in cash or at least the drive thru if you intend on paying cash. Besides that mishap it gets a five star rating.

First time eating here, took 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru when I ordered two items, with two cars in front of me. What is taking so long? Food was less than average. When I got up to the window they didnt have my order on the screen and had to ask me what I got. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I know its fast food, but cmon, this experience was terrible.

Waited in drive thru line for 15 mins for 3 cars. We were inky 3 cars at lunch time. I ordered and still got wrong food. I even said number 10 a spicy chicken sandwich got some gross looking burger. Very pissed never had such a bad experience. My drink was somehow warm. Dnt think ill ever be going bak there. Should be no stars bit had to pick one. Dont go here terrible!

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch on Saturday 8/20. One of the employees had her three kids in the restaurant. One was just a baby, maybe a bit over a year running around with no shoes in just a diaper. Service was super slow and we couldnt even get through the whole meal because the food was greasy and nasty. This was our first and last visit to Jack in the Box.

Very disappointed, I ordered the crispy cheddar buttery burger. The burger was dry, the onions were raw not grilled, there was no garlic butter and a just a dab of sauce. The has potential of made right! I know its fast food but I would wait the extra min or two to get what I paid for! Not worth the money! This location use to be great but has gone way down hill.

Service is good, the quality of food=not so good. Came out mangled and barely able to pick up to eat. Out of a lot of the drinks in the multi drink coke machine too. Been here very many times, last 2 times it just got worse each time. Dont think well be back after this time. The kids dont even want to come back, and thats saying a lot.

The "customer service" is always sub par; the bathrooms are dirty and dark (half the lights are burnt out); the oil in the fryers needs replaced - and now. My chicken strips were dark and tasted bad due to the oil not being replaced. If not for my husbands love of the deep fried tacos here we would never go to any Jack in the Box.

Food was horrible rice bowl well the rice was gummy an stuck to bowl,fryers havent been changed the egg rolls were so dark an they tasted burnt chicken nuggets were dark tasted burnt,I love Jack in box traveled here from Louisville today just to eat here,this place was filthy bathrooms need TLC

The lady who took my order was incredibly nice, helpful, and patient while I ordered dinner during breakfast. The woman who gave me the food was incredibly nice, as well. These two ladies need to be promoted asap. The food is awesome, too. Other restaurants in the area need to take some notes.

I think the Jack is the best fast food place there is. The burgers taste like a burger is supposed to. And my fries havent ever been greasy. I have had a very good salad there before also. Breakfast is good too , and I like being able to order a lunch item for breakfast.

Decent food price is very affordable and you can eat it 24 hours a day not many places are open 24 hours a day but this place is so if you need something late its pretty good and the quality of food isnt too bad and the price is very good so what more do you want?

We drove over here from the westside. The staff was super friendly. The food was fresh and delicious!!!! It was totally worth the drive. The store was also very clean. Thank you JntBox for a great dining experience. We will be back.

Food is amazing as always. Fries were extra great today. The restaurant wasnt stocked, I saw a bug on the floor, and the toilet paper was so thin that it was so hard to get any out bc it would tear after every sheet.

They did exactly what theyre supposed to do but nothing more not very friendly staff they were eating behind the counter and food was just mediocre not great like the Jack-in-the-Box as I used to go to in Las Vegas

Hes the only Jack in town! Id never even been near one until Jack moved to Ridge. What can be said? Its a lot of greasy, yummy fun and you can get a ton of food for reasonable prices.

Order is usually 75% accurate and at least warm. Employees seem to always be having fun or arguing with each other. Either way, they are always looking with it. Very ghetto overall.
