Love Ebrik for bringing some diversity of the coffee scene to downtown. There are no other specialty coffee shops in downtown and I love how they offer something different than Starbucks or chain coffee The baristas are all always friendly and they have a neat atmosphere going on. The only downside and why I gave 3 stars is because of the quality of coffee served. They were using Land of a Thousand Hills when I went and it just didnt wow me. I had a standard shot of espresso as well as an Americano and neither impressed me. I also ordered a Chemex one time and the barista was clearly not trained on hand-brewing. It was tasteless and under extracted. Overall, Im very excited to see them on Georgia States campus. I wish theyd feature and source different coffees and pay attention to the fine details.

1. The ambience is different from traditional coffee shop; recycled materials are used on all their furniture. It shows that the owners care about the environment. 2. The first time you visit will be the only time they dont address you by your name. The owners go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. 3. They have books! Donated books of different genres are available for your enjoyment. 4. A plethora of coffee products, and other eats. I love the croissants and the sweet potato biscuits the most, but none of their menu items disappoint. The "shot in the dark" is the best coffee Ive ever had.....felt perky all day with only one cup. GOOD STUFF

best coffee place in atlanta. owned by a family and friends. very friendly and welcoming. you visit them once and you are instantly part of the family. Coffee is great. no matter what you choose. very authentic, you can try the Turkish coffee as well, no one in atlanta will prepare it better. if you know what the name (Ebrik) means, you will know how authentic and serious about their coffee they are.

What a great place! Every member of the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were super-nice to me and then I watched for an hour as they treated everyone who came in like a regular. Smiles and laughs, great music and comfy eclectic environment. The coffee was yummy, as was the sweet potato biscuit. Prices were reasonable and bathrooms were perfectly clean. Try this place! Youll love it.

I come here on the daily! Its a great spot to drink your beverage of choice and to get some stuff done. Ebrik has a great atmosphere and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and ready to clean up any messes that you may accidentally made (not that I had a personal experience or anything...). Its focus is the community and the drinks are well done. Oh, try the sweet potato biscuit, its amazing!

One of the best coffee shops in Atlanta. It mostly makes sense to go here if you can walk, because parking in this part of downtown is going to be nigh impossible and/or crazy expensive. Once inside, though, it feels like a community institution. The coffee is delicious, and there is a good variety of seating options. Its often crowded, but in a pleasant rather than irritating way.

Love it. My husband and I got the Hamza (Turkish coffee for 2). It was really good and we had AT LEAST 3 cups each before it ran out. Great price for such great coffee. We went when GA State had just ended semester so there was just us and a couple other ppl in there. We browsed their book collection while enjoying our coffee. Overall great experience. We will def be returning.

Using public WiFi to work while a friend is in court. Im not a big coffee drinker but they made me a drink to suit my tastes without missing a beat. Lovely staff who appear to care about each customer that walks in the door, including me - a random one timer! Small town feel in the middle of the city (with much heavier traffic). Amazing.

Super cute location! Definitely a hidden gem because I had NO idea this awesome coffee shop was here. Cant wait to go back and order more from their menu! Only thing I have to complain, if anything, is the wait time. I was in a rush that morning and they were taking their time. But maybe I was just being anxious that particular morning.

This is my go to place. I go to Ebrik because of the coffee, the food, and the people. This place is so welcoming and laid back. You dont fell rushed like other places. The way they treat their customers is amazing. When you come here they dont treat you like a customer, but more like a friend.

Wonderful environment. A nice change from the normal Starbucks or other chain coffee shop. The staff here truly are great and they treat you like a friend rather than like a customer. Would recommend anyone come here and try their tea selection or any of their various styles of coffee.

The vibe and atmosphere here is amazing. Turkish coffee is served authentically and is very flavorful. I usually take my coffee with sugar, and Turkish coffee doesnt require lots of sugar and I still enjoyed the taste. Hanging out here is a real treat! If you drop in, stay a while.

Turkish coffee with milk was great. It was prepared perfectly and the presentation was nice as well. We showed up an hour before they closed but they were still very friendly and made sure that we were well taken care of. You cant beat the service or the execution!

The coffee is good and cheap. I like the people who work there. You get $0.25 off if you bring your own cup. They seem very engaged with the local community, and seem civic and humanitarian minded. Small, and usually busy during weekday work hours.

Love the vibe! The staff is friendly feels like Cheers - TV show from back in the day. Regulars and everyone is greeted warmly. The music selection is outstanding and makes you just want to hold a meeting, and hook-up with friends and co-workers.
