Customer found plastic shreds in her coffee. However, the young lady had swallowed almost all her coffee before she sees it. She returns to the Starbucks in question 3660 Cascade Rd SW Atl, GA 30331. Of course management knows nothing about intestines or that shreds of plastic could poke a whole and cause get harm to the individual in question. Rude manners employees need to be fire or seriously retrained in language skills and how to deal with the public. You laughed as if you didnt care because you didnt. You never even tried to calm nor fix the issue in anyway. Which is why you should of been filmed also. Your reply to an upset customer was out of character and very unprofessional. You have been reported to the Corporate Office. I think Ill send my video over to the news as well, because its clear this establishment needs a total rehaul everyone needs to be fire and a fresh crew brought in clearly you dont hold Starbuck SOPs or even emphany to anyone. This itself is very disappointing but when you hire individuals who are only there or collect a pay check instead of serving the customer as politely as possible. Get it together Cascade you are being watched it would be a shame to have a business revamped out of pure ignorance of staff and management.

Today, the staff chose not to rotate the half and half in a timely fashion, or just used a spoiled product. I knew the taste was off, but I blamed it on the coffee being too strong. Three hours later and my stomach is still cramping. The tragedy is that this is a decent Starbucks otherwise. They serve beer and wine (although I have watched a staff member struggle for a full five minutes to pop the cork on a bottle), they have decent food, and the staff and patrons are generally friendly. A year or so ago, this Starbucks was failing. The napkin dispensers would be empty, or they would be out of straws. Something happened a while ago, and things improved. Unfortunately, dairy expiration awareness remains an opportunity.

This is the coziest Starbucks Ive ever visited. The Staff are friendly although they could be a lot more attentive to inside customers who have to wait significantly longer than drive-through customers to the point at times the customer is forgotten. It has happened to me and Ive observed it happening to others. The quickly remedy the issue, but it can be irritating. The best part about this Starbucks is being able to watch the Chess matches which take place. This is a location you would enjoy if you want something different to do other than drink coffee and surf the internet. Parking could use an upgrade or an over flow lot would help a lot more. Drive-through service is quick.

Quick services at the drive thru. The outside menu is OK & outdoor order speaker is fixed so there no need to make your order at the first window. If you cant find the drive thru it start on the back side of the store. The parking lot is small but if I need to park my car I can. The inside & outside sitting around stay clean & have a relaxing feel to it. Yes this Starbucks has WiFi. Inside of Starbucks the ordering process are not so quick you might have to wait to the side to wait on your order even if it something to drink. The staff work fast to get your order to you.

My drink is never right there... also bad experience last week on my way to work. I waited in the drive thru line for a few min they never acknowledged I was there so I went to the lobby where mind you it was past opening time of 6:30. Three young ladies completely ignored me for several minutes and one finally walked to the door and rudely told me there would be a delay in them opening smh they could have told me that before I got out of my car. Will not use this location again.

Nice place. Great for the neighborhood. Diverse group of ppl that frequent which is great. Downside is that the music is played too LOUD. It should be an accent to the ambience not overpowering ppl. Phone calls are impossible if you hv to make them, meetings or study. It was not like this before, dont know whats changed. I love music but its too loud in the store. I dont want to hv to make the trip to Camp Creek Starbucks when I live down the street from this one.

@Latonya Ross I happen to be an employee tat the cascade location and I would personally like to apologize about your experience with customer service. I have many wonderful coworkers and do wish you would still return to our location. I dont think you should let a few rotten apples ruin the Starbucks experience for you. Neither do I think we should all be fired. I like to think that I bring a fresh smile and genuine caring personality to the crew.

Everytime I visit this location the drive thru line is always long and I always end up waiting on my order to be made!! I had a recent experience which I kindly asked the young lady at the window if she could throw away an empty drink cup I had in my car. She refused to throw away the empty drink cup and mentioned "Its against our company policy." I never heard of such a thing! I will try to avoid going to this location in the near future.

But never have dark roast coffee their coffee is always cold and their customer service is really bad they need to fire all the people on second shift and get new people you pay all that money for that cold coffee I hope they get it right because I have to go where cross on the other side of Atlanta to get hot coffee from Starbucks no more Starbucks for me from cascade Starbucks no more Starbucks on cascade for me

I asked the guy that was cleaning, because was the only one near the area I was, to pour out some coffee and he made a gesture as in, Im cleaning and can not help.. I dont know if hes the janitor or a starbucks employee but a young lady ended up helping me.. I assume his gloves are fixed to his hands but there was a pile of trash in the middle of the floor the entire time I was there.....

Wasnt welcomed by the employees standing around looking at the monitor when i walked in. Gave my order on a piece of paper and they still got one of the drinks wrong. For five drinks it took them almost ten minutes to complete, no apology for delay or order being messed up, and complete lack of enthusiasm for trying to provide decent customer service. Do not waste your time.

Finding the entrance to the parking lot is rather difficult coming from I-285/The Perimeter. You have to turn left on Utoy Springs almost before you see the Starbucks & then hang a right after the big brick/stone wall. If you pass it, youll have to turn left at the next light across from the Publix and then another left at the fork behind the first strip of stores.

We were the only white people in the entire area. Yeah, we stood out in our red minivan but my wife and I were really needing some Starbucks so we went in anyway. We had a few crazy looks but that was it. The staff was extremely nice and treated us great! The local area around this Starbucks was pleasant and the resturant itself was very clean. I recommend it.
