Poor service, terrible product. I have several times had to wait until the barista was done texting to have my drink made, and it is invariably made wrong. If Starbucks has any sense they will clean house and hire new faces.

Josh is great, his support staff on the weekends and most mornings...not so good. 10 minutes to get a hot tea on average and they are just not that busy. Customer service rules. I hate driving up to Loveland, but I do.
