The food was great and drinks were tasty and fresh. I love the atmosphere. You feel welcomed and not a pain as soon as you come in the door. Chill music playing throughout the structure but not loud enough for you to know or if talking to a friend or on the phone to hear it. They also support a local photographer and photos on the walls are priced. Clean floors and bathrooms. Prices were reasonable and the owner and staff were very hospitable. This is a great place for college students looking to study or destress from class. Perfect for a lunch date, evening coffee or glass of wine. Im very introverted but love to go out to these kind of places. On my day to find solitude while being in public, 3rd Perk Coffeehouse and Wine Bar delivered! I will be coming back!

Its a great place to start your morning with a hot cup of coffee. Its a great place to enjoy a relaxing lunch with co-workers. Its a great place to unwind after a long day with friends and a glass of wine. Its a great place to rent for hosting a private event. I have attended many meetings and events at 3rd Perk.. I mostly enjoy me-time while sitting in a corner with my hot beverage and a good book.

I had an espresso. Normal prices that youd expect for an espresso (little under $3) and the quality was pretty good as well. It wasnt the best Ive had, but certainly good quality. The shop is located in the ground floor of a taller building, it is fairly easy to miss from the street, unless you know what youre looking for.

I live in Northern Kentucky, and Ill tell you right now, due to my work travel to visit clients, I now make a point to visit 3rd Perk when I am in the area. Absolutely fantastic staff, service, and amenities. I honestly wish I lived around here just to come here every morning, but the wife states otherwise haha!

I love the coffee and the ambience of the place. The staff are always friendly and get orders right (even taking time to make it pretty). Get the chicken salad sandwich! It is healthy and palatable. Lastly, support the owner because she is deeply invested in the Dayton community.

I stopped here on a road trip and got an ice water and an iced caramel latte. The ice water tasted nasty (worse than tap water) and left my mouth with a really bad taste. The coffee left the same taste.
