A $5 or $6 pizza has its place in this world for convenience, but that being said, you get what you pay for. Where Riverside Pizza fails is customer service. Their food is exactly what youd expect for the price: its ok. But be warned, the kids that work there are absurdly untrained. Especially when it comes to food safety. They have cheese sauce that comes out of a can, that is somewhat decent. But despite my warnings about the health concerns of the practice, these kids continue to put this cheese sauce into styrofoam containers and microwave it to heat it up, melting the container and releasing toxic chemicals into the sauce you eat as the styrofoam melts. To add to this fact, you can ask them flat out to give it to you cold, theyll nod in agreement like they understand, then like an unskilled automaton, theyll go heat it up like you said nothing about it out of habit. Training is the key here, but it appears there is none, along with adult supervision. Orders are frequently delivered incorrect and trying to get someone to care there is laughable. This place would be a goldmine if it had any level of supervision and accountability, but Ive been to two of their locations and each is the same. A true reflection of lack of ownership pride in providing quality food and food service together.

The pizza at Riverside pizza locations is the best. Ive been to pretty much all the locations... Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Norcross and Johns Creek. However the service in Johns Creek is horrible! Im not even sure why I continue to use this location, I think its mainly for convenience. The person on the phone is generally not very welcoming or excited to be working there. Customer service is just bad!

Love hate place. The pizza is good but business is crap. Cant keep anyone more than a month and the top blokes in the business are greedy and nasty. Its if a car dealership opened up their version of little caesars. Corruption and bullshit behind the scene, but you got what you wanted.

My two year old got food poisoning from eating at Riverside yesterday!! I wouldnt wish that on any child or parent. Dont eat here. I wish Id turned around when I saw how dirty it was inside instead of deciding to give them a chance.

Bad customer service with people who dont care. I come here ones a month at least and its always the same you got someone taking orders who dosent care and what I guess is the manager in the back yelling at the guy in the front.

You have AH-MAZING pizza. Everything is nice. 4 stars for not having anywhere to sit when I go there. And there is NO space. Also, the delivery takes forever. Either way, I enjoy your pizza. Thumbs up.

Placed order for cheese and chicken pizzas and chicken wings. We have bought pizzas here in the past, used to be good. Today everything wax horrible including cheese pizza and wings. Very disappointed.
