pizza was super greasy, couldnt taste anything other than the grease. an we order the breast cancer awareness cin rolls. they were not done at all, very doughy still. its like they half assed our order. not happy at all with the service from Springboro location. will not be ordering from there again. will stick with jets pizza. thanks for ruining my experience with you guys. an when we called to order your so call manager there was very rude to us over the phone.

The only place to park is the lot behind the store but the entrance is in the front so you have to walk around but then there are bushes and mulch between the sidewalk and the door. Signage on where to walk would be helpful. The staff was great but the design of this new store is terrible. The photo is not the entrance as you would think but for employees only.

We ordered a complicated pizza (We are picky since worked pizza for a long time) the guy on the phone said he would make it any way I wanted even tho they didnt have a way to ring it up exactly as we ordered it, so I was a little sceptical. Went and picked it up since they dont deliver as far as my house and it was perfect! If you delivered to me Id order more.

Always had great experiences with the people who make it a pleasure to do business with them. I made a mistake and thinking I had ordered from the Springboro store, I actually ordered at another. They were generous and gave me the pizzas they had to make for nothing. Wont forget where I receive extraordinary treatment!

Food is good. But service is horrible. Especially if you are ordering takeout. God forbid you ask them for anything extra. The girl upfront had a stained shirt, dirty fingernails and a very mean demeanor. I will never return

I use to love this donatos but any more they ether dont cook it all the way, put too much sauce on it to the point none of the toppings stay on, or just contaminate it with tops i dont want. So disappointed any more.
