Horrible Horrible !! I dont know how anyone could rate this place anymore than a 2 Star. I have gone to this place different times of the day, months, season, and years and the customer service is beyond horrible and the food is subpar , needs improvement. They were running out of a certain pizza the only one Id tolerate and the girl in the back tried to shove me off to try a different pizza because she was too lazy to make it. Instead, waited for the next shift to make it. I had to wait an hour. Then, the people in their are rude and I dont ever get a really good vibe from the people eating in there. I saw a homeless person in there and everyone looks sketchy like theyd rob you. So, I wontEVER GO BACK AGAIN! I had an issue with an order taking two hours to come out and complained to the manager and he shoved it off like it was nothing. And he didnt even care to improve the situation or make it better. So , Im good there are far more and better pizza places for low price and restaurants popping up in Atlanta so, I can live without Ci Ci Pizza! Not worthy of a buck of my hard earned money

I dont like their new system very much. I like how it was at the beginning of last year. Relax. Eat. They bring pizza if you order it. Etc. Now (not that Im completely lazy or anything, but...), you have to throw your own trash away and put plates away and they give you a buzzer that vibrates when you need to go up and get pizza you ordered. Like seriously? This isnt McDonalds people. Next thing you know we gonna have to make the pizza ourself. But I do love the food. Always pretty good here. Rarely old pizza out on the bar.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will never go to another Cicis after this. The place was over packed. My daughter and I couldnt even find a table. When we did find one it was dirty and wobbly. The place was nasty with food all over the floor. And the buffet was pretty much empty. I never been to a buffet that didnt have hardly any food. The few slices of pizza I did manage to get were nasty. They were paper thin and rubbery. I ended up coming home to cook. Will never go back, dont waste your time or money.

I dont know what Cicis pizza yall went to but the one in Decatur on N Druid was horrible. The food was fine but there was tables and tables of dirty dishes that sat there for at least 30mins before anyone came to clean it and the boy acted like he had a attitude because he had to clean the tables. Seats with ice cream stuck to it, also pop wasted on the floor under our table that know one came to clean. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Wont be going back . Clean up your establishment.

Went there on a whim Sat night around 8pm with a party of 3, of course I knew it was going to be busy but the way the workers handled it was careless. They told incoming people to go find a table and if they can find one then come back and pay. That led to so many people eating free. The cooks were either swamped or careless because every pizza after that came out burnt. Only giving 3 stars because when I usually come on a weekday, things are much smoother.

The pizza was good but the dining area was FILTHY absolutely DISGUSTING. .... The food was piling up on the ground Im glad I had on boots it felt like I was climbing a pile of trash when I walked in the dining area. There was one guy cleaning tables bUT you had to ask for him to clean your table. Then he was cleaning the tables with the same rag that he clean the seats with and then fold it up and sit it on top of the dumpster area .....yucky.....

If I could give no stars, I wouldnt. DO NO EAT HERE! The pizza was horrible, along with the service! Theyre rude, highly disrespectful when you ask for anything, and this place is NASTY. Im surprised I didnt see reaches crawling around the damn place. I suggest the Norcross location. This place will have you so pissed off due to the lack of laziness from the workers. Keep driving. Id rather eat out of a dog bowl versus this restaurant.

DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! This Cicis used to be a great family place, but the arcade in the back is now a horror show. Theyve replaced the driving games with shooting games. Even if you dont put money in, the "house of horror" shows a repeating video of gruesome villains shooting peoples heads off, blowing up bodies, and blood flying everywhere. My kids were scared and I wanted to throw up my pizza. We wont be back.

This place is always full, hey what do you expect, its all you can eat pizza. They are slowly renovating. Tables and plates are new and the walls are also newly painted. Im guessing the buffet area will be next in line for the upgrade. Their new policy now is that you clear your table before you leave. I guess some people cant read or they are just to lazy to clean up after themselves.

I agree, the place is dirty and I will not visit again unless some basic sanitary guidelines are being followed. During my visit some of the dishes were half washed, the chairs were sticky, and the container holding clean silverware was also dirty. In my observation the restaurant needs to dedicate a day to just DETAIL clean EVERYTHING.

The staff is nice but lazy. As we walked in, there were empty tables that were dirty and werent being attended to. There wasnt a lot of fresh pizza or noodles out. The noodles were hard and looked like theyve been left out for days. Maybe I came in on a bad day. But I dont think Ill be visiting this establishment again.

Although my family dont come to this pizza spot as often sense we moved but every time we come back we are satisfied with the service. The new owner defiantly changed the place around. I love their new system not only its more environmental friendly, it also makes this spot perfect for family gathering and birthdays :)

My family and I enjoy this place good price and great pizza. Its always hot and fresh and they are always making fresh batches of everything. If you want a special pizza they will make one for you. I love the changes they made better crust and better service than the first time I went last year.

Maybe I came on a bad night but I dont know what was going on but the store was a mess Pizza Machine broke down no pizzas no pasta being made fast enough lots of messy tables that staff was kind of rude even though they were doing the best they can being staff. Well try again another night...

Poor management, went there on a Friday night, was told that only one oven was working, they were not making any specialty pizzas, would not be offering a discount in light of this and despite posted business hours on the door and website, would be closing at 9pm. Manager unprofessional.
