We walked in and were ignored for about 5 minutes before anybody said anything to us. The menu was down because they were putting a new one on the wall and there werent any actual menus out where we could reach them. Finally the guy nailing the menu onto the wall realized that we didnt have one and was nice enough to get us and another customer one. There had to be at least 5 other employees who were working and not busy that decided to ignore us. The other guy that was waiting before us got annoyed at how disorganized it was and left. We got in line to order our pizzas and were standing for a while before being helped. We got crust cheese and meat and the girl helping us just assumed we didnt want anything else without offering any vegetables. She just picked up the pizzas and put them in the oven. She said she had to fix the drink machine before we could use it and never told us that we could greet drinks when she finally fixed it. She just walked to the back. While we got drinks she took out pizzas out of the oven and just sat them on the counter without saying anything to us. We had our backs turned and didnt know how long they were up there. So our pizzas just sat on the counter getting cold. The pizza want bad other than the fact that it didnt have everything we wanted on it and it was cold. The cheese shakers on the tables are filthy and I couldnt put any of that on my pizza either for fear of the gunk on the outside falling onto my pizza. Ill never come back to this place and with recommend it to anybody.

Over priced pizza and the service was TERRIBLE. We took our kids there for a birthday dinner and the girl working was SO rude. She had a mean attitude and this was our first time there, so I wont be back. My wife tried to order a salad, but the girl kept trying to talk over us and shout us down. So we didnt order anything other than the kids pizza. When we got our order, I realized we werent charged correctly. When I went to the register to have it correctly, I got treated like I was a thief. Fortunately, I eventually got the manager who was, in all fairness, really kind. I didnt want a full refund, just to pay the right price, but she still comped me one of the kids pizzas as an apology. The food itself wasnt any better than mall pizza or concession stand quality, which isnt bad, just not worth the rather steep price. I might have felt that it was a moderate cost vs. Quality had the employees been more kind, but I couldve spent a lot less and gotten better pizza if I just ordered one from Marcos at home. Thanks to the manager for trying to make it right, but we wont be back and I wont recommend this place.

If I could give it 0 starts I would! this place is an unorganized MESS. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been so mad at a establishment as I am this place! I go out to eat an average of 3-4 times a week....I go to tons of restaurants. We walked in this place at 8:00, and here I am sitting down at 9:15 WITHOUT MY PIZZA. Once I got to the end of the line after the hour wait, my pizza wasnt there. I kept being assured it was coming. No it wasnt, someone took my pizza--okay I get it, things happened, but SOMEOME should have offered to remake my pizza immediately. Nope. I was just assured that it was coming over and over. I waited 20 minutes and asked for a refund, had to have 3 people assist in the refund. They didnt even want to do it. Assured over and over that they would remake my pizza for me...nope, should have done that 20 minutes ago. I got a refund on my pizza and by this point my husband pizza is cold. Paid $15 for an hour and 15 minute wait, a cold pizza and a drink. Shy away and spend your money at five guys next door!!! Theyre 10x better. Not this place!!!

Sadly enough, the food was good (except for being cold). The one star rating is due to the HORRID management of this place! When we first arrived, we waited a good 10 minutes for the employee to bring more dough from the back. Then, after our pizzas were put in the oven, the real show began. I swear we watched ten different teenagers (all the employees were teens) walk in and out the kitchen door. Five or six of them then stood around chatting right in front of the oven, while our pizzas sat at the end of the conveyor belt. After my fiance pointed out our pizzas, one of the teens looked at the pizzas then said "Oh, she will get it and cut them." (Pointing to another teen who was too busy chatting with the other employees to notice. In summary, this would be a great restaurant if they hired better management and had less staff working at once!

Like any other newly opened restruant the service was great and the food was delicious. Let us hope it stays that way! I love how you can customize your pizza with plenty of toppings to choose from without the extra charge (given that you purchase the "build your own"). The pizza was very tasty and did not take long at all for it to be ready. The staff were very friendly and very helpful (let us hope it stays that way as well). I give this restaurant a 4 out of 5 because of it prices. Its not really expensive but it can add up quickly vs. other fast food restaurants that offers a meal with a drink for $5. This restaurant is family friendly and has outdoor seating with free Wi-Fi. I will definitely visit again for I enjoyed my experience. Keep up the good work team Pie Five.

Total waste of time. We stood in the line for 30 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of us and the number of workers visible went from 4 to 1 in less than 5 minutes. Each pizza order took forever and the cashier kept getting the info wrong. THEN, the register stopped working and they ran our card more than 5 times! The manager came out yelling at the cashier and cursing at the register. Meanwhile all of the pizzas got cold do they had to be put back through and mist were overcooked because of it. 45 minutes there and we could have received wait service in that time at another restaurant and sat down instead of stand for 30 minutes. Never again!

Nothing extraordinary or something to write home about. But its good. And thats ok. They have a very limited menu but the items they do offer they do well. Less is more and I wish more people (and businesses) understood that. Anyways, the ingredients they offer are pretty diverse and they seemed very fresh. The dough was soft and did not taste frozen or as if it had been sitting there for days. The restaurant itself had ample seating and the customer service was great. Clean bathrooms and clean tables and floors added to the impeccable environment of the restaurant. I am sure I will be back again so that is worth the three stars.
