This is about the Miamisburg Ohio restaurant. I work for global Corporation located in close proximity.and have ordered delivery since Milanos has been at that location. Today, 5/4/17 around lunch time I placed 29.00 order that I paid for at the time I placed the order!! I provided my cell number as I have done in the past. The Driver called and informed they had arrived. Keep in mind, Milanos does not provide the exact time the delivery will be arriving.. They only provide an approximate window.of time. When the delivery guy called my cell i told him I would be right down... It took me 10 minutes to get there as I also work in a service environment. When I arrived at our security desk , the delivery guy had decided to leave with my PREPAID order!!!! .. Let me just say.. It gets better... I immediately called and asked to speak with a manager, a few moments later a woman named Patty W informs me she is the manager and that she Agreed with her delivery guy for not waiting. She said we are busy . BESIDES HER RUDENESS to me personally. Her actions left a perception that Milanos does not care if they lose a customer. PLEASE NOTE OF COURSE I IMMEDIATELY SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER COLLEAGUES . The order I placed was for more about 5. . I HAVE given Milanos a lot of.business over the years and I Always tip the driver!!!. Furthermore, when I asked for my credit card to be adjusted immediately.. SHE wanted to know if I was coming over for the receipt. .. Really!?! I provided her with my email address for my receipt of the returned credit. After that she hung up on ME!! I didnt mention her last name out of respect. Frankly SHE didnt give me respect.. so rude and for a person calling herself a manager it doesnt speak highly of the Management staff of Milanos promoting that type of rude person. You, Milanos, have lost a customer. What is perplexing, my order was PREPAID! He could have left the order at the security desk. I will be contacting the corporate office.

We have been Milanos customers for years, but our last two experiences have not been good. We always order carry-out. Carry-out order today around 5:30 - the cashier (who expressed his immense desire to go home) did go over my order but when I got home, my husband and I werent too pleased. We had a bad experience with our last order as well because we ordered an onion ring appetizer, and when I got home we discovered they were in a tiny box of only 5 small rings, basically the ends of an onion. Not enough as a side dish let alone an appetizer to split between multiple people, especially for the price. We let it go and decided to give Milanos another shot tonight, but we wont be back. The bottom of our pizza crust was very undercooked, and we discovered there were much less toppings than we are used to getting on the BBQ chicken pizza. I thought there were more toppings initially, but it turns out they were just lumps of ranch dressing. The wings were just okay, theyve always been much better before. We also ordered a side of Milanos spicy sauce, which we have had in the past, but today when we opened the sauce cup it looked, smelled, and tasted like someone vomited in it. Im sad to have to find a new go-to carry-out restaurant.

The worst place to ever go and eat in Dayton, OH. My family ate there on a Saturday night and walked out refusing to pay for anything due to lack of professionalism, even the manger didnt do a single thing to help the awful server. Ordered a drink from the bar and didnt receive it though we asked twice, took more than an hour to get water to half of the table (even gave the petty excuse of dishes needing to cool though she delivered waters to everyone around us) once we started getting the food (again 2 hours later) it was all wrong. Even tables around us were waiting just as long for food that wasnt even right. Honestly dont know how this place is still doing business without going under due to lazy management, terrible servers, and food costs being sky high from messing up all the time.

Had food delivered to my house they said 45 min and it took over an hour and they got my entire order wrong. Called them back to have them send the correct order and the lady was very polite and said shed have my order sent back out and never put the order in so I never got my food and had to call and complain to the manager! Gave them another shot about a month later and they delivered my pizza to the wrong house and allowed for another person to sign for my meal. completely unacceptable and terrible service. Will never order from there again!!!!!!!!!!!

Great food. A staple of Dayton. However. I called in for a carry out at 10:30. They close at 11. I work in food service. I understand wanting to leave at 11. But there is still 30 minutes to close. And they tried to tell me they were closing up. And not allow me to order. I had to threaten to call in the morning before they said hang on. And 5 minutes later they came back. And told me i could order. They wasted time telling me no. Overall great food. Poor experience.

Called to place a to go order. Was on hold ten mins before i got to place the order. When we got there to pick order up they werent even busy. So there was need to be on hold for so long. Then we get home and our order was wrong. When i called to complain about order being wrong was told he would talk to staff and work with them about it but nothing was offered to make things right. Then he abruptly hung up on me. I will never go back

Milanos is a Dayton staple for their one of a kind submarines that includes scratch made sub rolls. I can say that while they could never duplicate quite the same taste as when it was a hole in the wall joint on Brown st in Dayton when only a few old ovens was used they have managed to maintain most of the components that the old school place had. Deliciousness

I dont know about the other Milanos but this one is nasty. Have witnessed multiple cooks smoke cigarettes and not wash their hands before they make food. Sean, the manager, doesnt seem to care or hold staff accountable. Have had an issue with the last 4 meals ordered. Wish a health inspector would come inspect this location.

The food was delicious, I ordered a meat calzone. Service was friendly and prompt. The tablet on the table was able to distract my 2 year old for a while as well. My only complaint is that they had one lady as the hostess, bartender, and server. Seems a little excessive for one person.

The whole family got together for my dads 90th birthday celebration at Milanos last night. We were all pleased with the food and especially the service, my sisters had never been there before and were so pleased they said they would come back, keep up the great work!
