I am not one to post reviews because so much of any experience is subjective and based on expectations (and since you dont know me or my tastes....) That being said, I am compelled to write a few lines regarding my experience picking up a to-go order for Super Bowl Sunday. We have ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings for quite a few Super Bowl parties and have had issues with delays and incorrect orders but NOTHING LIKE THIS YEAR!. As usual, we ordered days in advance and as usual, got to BWW a few minutes prior to the requested pick-up time. CHAOS! We ended up waiting over an hour - and it was not just our order that was delayed; it was everyone. There was a woman who had placed an advance order who was there when I arrived and was there when I left (BTW, how is that possible - even if you get behind, you complete the orders according to scheduled pick-up time). The real clincher (and by clincher I mean the thing that really caused me to write this review and to swear to myself and now to all of you that I will never go to BWW again) was that about midway into my "visit" the management staff locked themselves in the office and would not speak to any customers. Even if I can excuse the complete debacle that occurred (again, these are advance orders that BWW could have stopped taking at any time during the week) managements response to the situation was inexcusable. Period.

Worst experience in my history of Buffalo Wild Wings visits. Arrived before closing and was seated by the hostess and waited over 10 minutes to be greeted or acknowledged. After being acknowledged the server apologized saying he was unsure we were there but he walked passed our table 7 times before he took the time to greet us. Ordered an appetizer and it came out after our entrees and the manager tried to crack a joke about the "forgotten" item. Wings were also prepared with nearly no sauce. I drove from across town to come here otherwise I would have left the establishment after waiting the first 5 minutes. The server was extremely inattentive to our requests for refills, condiments, and items needed to eat and I even refilled my own drink twice while he never asked or offered refills although we requested them. When requesting assistance from another server on the floor she completely ignored me. Next time I would rather drive 35 minutes to the Cumberland or stonecrest location before I come to this one.

while the wings were delicious, the service here was absolutely abysmal. our waiter got a drink order, then left, and didnt come back until we went to collect him to take our order, then he didnt even put in my 9 year olds food order, and got all of the adults orders wrong- and we waited over 30 minutes before he even put our order in. When we spoke to the manager, Jason, abotu the issues that we were having, he sheepishly came to the table, go our order wrong again, walked away, and disappeared for a loooong time- until we had to get him again. My daughters food came out 20 minutes after everyone elses, and the orders werent all corrected until ten minutes later. When the paying member of our party went to chat with Greg and Jason(the "manager") they gave excuses, shrugged shoulders and rolled their eyes at him, and didnt even bother apologizing or simply saying "let us make this right" My parents go here often, but I will certainly NOT be returning. Terrible dining experience.

The food is fine, its a chain restaurant you know what your getting. For this location the service is horrible. We where seated quickly and an unpleasant waiter took our order. He wasnt rude but certainly not friendly or approachable. We order an appetizer of Buffalo chips, extra spicy with a side of spicy garlic. I am not sure why BWW can never get that simple order down but the chips come out with out the seasoning, and rarely extra crispy. So I wait for the waiter to swing by and check on us so I can ask for the side of spicy garlic that didnt come out as well as the seasoning, to which he never came by. I ended up asking another waitress who seemed quite annoyed (I understand she was not our waitress) but she never brought it either. Soon our lunch comes out, and I last the food runner for the missing items who did bring them. We ate lunch and only saw the waiter once more when he dropped the check.

Google said now its usually not too busy. Our server initially complained about the manager cutting other servers. I should have known i was in for a nightmare. Not only dod our food take AN HOUR AND A HALF to reach us, but our server was open enough to admit she only found our order after the kitchen started to complain about the amount of time our order was boxed to go, sitting in the window. The more abhorrent part of it was that we were dine in customers. She then told us the kitchen would "respin" our wings so the sauce was fresh. A few minutes later (on the fifth visit in an hour and a half. The wings were all dropped off. All in the wrong order causing a member of our party to have an allergic reaction. All over, an excruciatingly unpleasant experience. I dont know because of excuses from the server whether it was her fault or the kitchens... But its still just unacceptable.

Too bad I like this place, I like going to this place during their trivia night on Fridays, sometimes I just go every other Saturday. Its been up to my expectation until yesterday where the waitress chose to ignore me the whole time, didnt ask for my refill, but gladly asked my friend for his, I paid for the dinner and yet she said thanks to him, only acknowledging him, even the "have a goodnight" it was only for him. WOW. I will still go back to this place but will request another waitress. Janet, next time, try to acknowledge BOTH of your customers. Look them both in the eye when they are talking to u and ask for BOTH and not just 1 person. Ask them BOTH for refill. Thank then BOTH for coming. I still tipped u, even though you didnt deserve it. We will still return to this place but will avoid your area like a plague and will tell everybody else too.

Worst experience with a group ever. Food was fine. If you want it I suggest you order it all to go. We came in with a group for a birthday and were sat very quickly. They got cups ready with ice immediately and were ready for us to order. We ordered and thought it would all be fine. Then time went by and more time and more and we saw countless orders going out to people who had just come in to the restaurant. They catered to the tables they could get in and out quickly and were putting their orders ahead of ours. Not a good business practice. Great way to piss people off. I know other orders were out ahead of ours because ALL of our food as it came out in waves was fresh and hot and had just been made. I will never eat here again.

Havent been here in about 2 or 3 years. Came today for a late lunch 3:30pm. The bartender was fast and friendly. The place was clean but, the food was trash! I had 10 lemon pepper wings and fries. The wings are big and lacked flavor. Literally all they did was fry the wings and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on top. $10.99 for 10 wings that lacked flavor smh. I assumed fries came with the wings, wrong! $3.29 for fries. This place is a joke for food. Just good to watch sporting events and drink beer I guess. No reason for me to come back. How are you called Buffalo Wild Wings and your wings are terrible? Way too many food options out here.
