I ordered the house egg foo yung on the app it said it contained beef, chicken and pork. When I received the food it had chicken shrimp and pork. When I called to inform the restaurant of the error they told me that the house egg foo yung has contained the same chicken, shrimp and Pork for the last 11 years so I went on to tell her that the website had Miss information about the product and she said that that was incorrect and said thank you and hung up. I then double checked the website to confirm what I thought I saw and I was right so I called them right back and explained what I just confirmed from their website and she said she was sorry and would look into it. I then explained I couldnt eat shrimp due to a terrible shellfish allergy so I couldnt eat dinner because of the mistake but all I was told was that she was sorry but did nothing at all to make it right.

I placed my order thru Grub Hub at 4:45 on a Monday evening, it took over an hour. I only ordered Sweet & Sour chicken, an appetizer, and soup. My order arrived and before I could catch the delivery driver to inform him I was missing the red sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken he was gone! I called the restaurant at 6:01 and inform them I was missing the sauce and the lady who answered the phone argues with me that she put it in the bag I continue to tell her I did not have it finally she agreed to send him back out I explained to her that we could not eat our dinner until it arrives sweet and sour chicken is not very tasty dry dry at 6:50 I called again it still had not arrived this restaurant is only 9 miles away she said sorry and that he was on the way it is now 7pm and still no sauce!

HORRIBLE!!!! driver(american) got lost trying to deliver food. this idiot drove 18 miles out of the way!!! called the store to see whats going on with the driver and the manager told me they have to wait till he gets back so they can re-heat the food and send out another driver. 2 hours later, they finally call back and tell me the food will be delivered in 30 minutes. i was like.... what!!!! i hung up and they canceled the order. didnt even bother to deliver the food. the manager said she canceled the order because i sounded upset on the phone. then... had the nerve to ask me if i still wanted to place the order and asked for my credit card info again. this restaurant absolutely sux!!!! do not do business with these idiots!!!!!

We have ordered here from several times in the past, and the quality of food and service has gone steadily down hill. We will no longer do business here. The delivery took nearly two hours, and that was only after multiple phone calls. The food was expectedly cold, and the driver looked quite a bit past sober. We tried to cancel our order after the first 90 minutes of waiting, and the manager refused a refund. We were promised a follow up call that never came. I was on the way to the restaurant to demand a refund when our food finally arrived at the house. My wife called for me to turn around. I would not have accepted the delivery. Save the cash and hunger, and the headache and go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Whenever Ive called in, the person answering the phone has been very nice and patient. Delivery arrives in a reasonable amount of time. Forty-five minutes on a Friday night is great. I really love the General Tsos Tofu. They dont bread it like other places, which is great. They can be a little forgetful at times such as forgetting an egg roll or a cup of sauce. Otherwise all the staff is very friendly, delivery is reasonable, and the food is pretty great. We get it every couple of weeks for game night.

Ordered through GrubHub. Never again. GrubHub was on time and the order was correct, until I opened the food. I ordered chicken chow mein with white rice. I got chicken chow mein with fried noodles underneath and fried rice. I did not want any fried entree. I hate fried noodles and for the price I paid I would like to slug the one who fixed my meal. GrubHub service is great, but these restaurants are unbelievable. I would have been better off fixing grilled cheese.

The staff here is wonderful, but the last time I ate here (delivery) I got very nauseous afterwards. Turns out their last health inspection score was an 80%. I did not know this since we ordered delivery. Im very wary about going back again, even though I love their food. EDIT in August 2016 - Their most recent score was in the 70s. If they can get their act together and get a half-decent score Ill come back.

Been eating from this place for years. Ive tried several other chinese resraurants in the area. But i always come back to this one as my favourite. Recently they must have hired a new cook or something because the past few times i ordered from here it has been absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh and hot when it gets to your door. This is the go-to place for chinese food in the woodstock/acworth area.

Had and order delivered. It came much faster than the quoted 40 min. delivery time. The portions were large, and the food tasted great. Very good Hot and Sour soup. I use this soup as a measure of how good a Chinese restaurant is. Prices for meals are on target, but the soup is a super value for what one gets. All in all, a great experience. Now that I live nearby I will order from them again.

Good food, I usually order from here but today had to order from somewhere else cause they I guess are super busy and after 4 times of trying ordered from a different delivery Chinese place. Food is usually really good and they save your order so you can just tell them you want what you had last time and its quick and painless. Overall very good just slow to answer phone.

I was staying with a friend and decided to get Chinese food. I asked for extra spicy general sou chicken but it still came out bland and the chicken was hard? Whats hard about extra spicy. Of course the chicken should have not been hard. Threw it in the trash and made a ham sandwich.. Will not be stopping there again when Im up here.

This place is awesome! The hostess is always there when I arrive to quickly take my order (I always do carry-out). My food is always ready within 15 minutes and I usually get a sizeable order- The egg rolls are to die for as well as the fried dumplings! I eat here a couple times per week and its safe to say Im addicted! :)

I wish there was a no stars option. Ordered from here bc they are the closest Chinese restaurant near me; which was a complete mistake. I ended up getting so sick from their food (maybe the uncleaned shrimp) and will never eat from here again. Its worth just ordering Chinese carryout from another place trust me!

Today 8/3/2016 we ordered from here again and the food wa excellent. I dont know what you changed but thanks!!! Great meal! Food was ok but it taste like it was cooked earlier then microwaved when we ordered it. The sesame chicken was hard and you could not eat it! We may not order from there again!
