Returned to Panda after two prior poor experiences, expecting a change... That was a mistake. The worst service - they literally forgot the drive thru. Took our orders, 20 min later after cars started honking and backing out of the drive thru, they realized it. We sat for five minutes more stuck behind the car at the window... Then decided to wait for our order, which took another 10 minutes or so. Of course the food was like rubber and cold when we got it. I took it back in and said Im not paying for it... I saw that the language barrier was going to keep my refund from happening in a timely manner... So I just took the food and left. Ill never return.

Ive been to a number of different Pandas and found that the cooks who work there make all the difference. When this location first opened, their cooks were rather subpar and I preferred the one in the student centre on the UK campus, but more recently their cooks have changed at both locations, and now this one has it going on. My favourite chow mein is served here with generous portions, as well as the classic Panda Express orange chicken, though they tend to run out quickly and the cooks are always needing to make more. The server and register staff tend to be rather friendly here also, which is nice.

Went through the drive through, and that took forever and they still forgot things. Then when we started to eat my wife got a bone lodged in her gums because of the orange chicken, I called the store and with each person I told this to they would just pass the phone to someone else (I guess language barrier) and finally I got to talk to some one and they said "we dont even make or prepare the chicken here we just serve it all I can do is remake your order." So now we are stuck going to have to go to the dentist and have to pay for it out of pocket because of their food.

Staff was friendly enough and more competent than many drive through employees I have delt with. Chow mein was rubbery and had an old taste to it. Broccoli beef and sweetfire chicken were both bland, as if they had been cooked with too little sauce, and the broccoli was overcooked. Portions on all 3 items seemed small compared to what I am used to. Cream cheese rangoons were over cooked and did not taste right, as if the wrong kind of cream cheese had been used. Panda Express used to be one of my favorite chinese restaurants, but this location has severely let me down.

This location closes at 930. I went thru the drive thru that was wrapped around the building at 9:13. I waited my turn in line and asked for orange chicken the most popular menu item. I was told they were not making any more for the night and the kitchen was closed. That isnt exceptable. I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time and the kitchen does not close until the posted closing time. Not when you dont feel like cooking anymore.

allways wonder what the hype about panda express was. love my Chinese food so today for the first time decided to go. as me n my wife walked from our car we could notice how dirty and filthy the windows and door glass were, we hesitated to going in but we were there. food was allright but the place was dirty trash was overflowing the table was so dirty that we try to wipe with napking and they got stock to table. this was at 1:30pm not impress

I have been to Panda Express 3times and each time the food was excellent but the service was lousy especially the manger. She has been rude to me each time I visited the restaurant she had an attitude and comments (if they cant wait they can leave, these customers on getting on my nerve). I watch her each time to see how she would react to other customers (very nice). It seems to me that it was only toward he black customer who came it.

Staff was great and friendly. However quality of food. Not so great. Chow mein was very rubbery and tasted old. Shanghai angus steak was just sad. The asparagus was FLAT and mushrooms were burnt. Smothered in sauce too much sauce. The orange chicken was okay. (Kinda hard to mess that up). Cream cheese rangoons were sweet like sugar was put in them ew! The only reason for 2 stars was for the staff.

Ordered Teriyaki chicken with broccoli over brown rice. I get half white, half brown rice, dark unsauced chicken. Instead of broccoli I got a warmed up frozen green bean and carrot mix. This looked worse, and tasted worse than cafeteria food at a theme park. Not to mention the execution of delivering my order was a total fail.

Everytime I order water, it is free. But today, the guy charge me $1.60 as small drink. I told him it is wrong, he insisted it is right. Is there a problem for panda express to training employee? All employees got changed for every couple months, does they pay employee too low?

I rarely review anything but the drive thru woman who worked 2-2 at 5:30 is horrible. Wrong order as well as extremely rude. I dont expect much from fast food but hopefully this will reach someone who will make a staffing change.

Very friendly staff at this location. There was a 20 minute wait on one of the items I ordered. The staff was very apologetic and gave us drinks and extra food for the wait. The food was nice and hot too.

The food is ok, service is slow for a place that has food already cooked. I got there and had to wait in line for about 15 minutes and they didnt get the order correct, but corrected it quickly.

Now the only panda express in lexington. They closed down student center for construction in June 2015 and the panda express inside is gone.
