I REALLY USE TO LIKE THIS PLACE.. I REALLY DID, BUT ONE DAY I ORDERED FROM THEM AND THEY BROUGHT ME COLD FOOD, REALLY COLD FOOD THE FRIES WHERE COLD I HATE COLD FRIES THE FOOD WAS NASTY. SO I CALLED BACK AND TOLD THEM EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND THE FOOD WAS GROSS MY FRIES ARE COLD AND KIND OF RAW HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME HE SAID I COULD BRING MY FOOD BACK THERE AND HE COULD REDO MY ORDER BUT THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS AND THATS WHAT I WANTED WAS A REFUND, HE SAID HE WOULD LOSS HIS BUSINESS IF HE GAVE EVERYONE REFUNDS. I USE TO ORDER FOOD 2 TIMES A WEEK AND HE KNEW THAT. SO SAD, THATS HOW U TREAT ME, THATS FINE I NEVER WENT THERE AGAIN ( RUDE, RUDE, RUDE STAFF AND I THINK THAT WAS THE OWNER SO YOU KNOW HOW EVERYONE ELSE IS... AND SOMETIMES WHEN MY MONEY IS LOW I CANT LEAVE A TIP THEY WILL ASK U WERE IS MY TIP, AND GET VERY ANGRY IF I DONT HAVE IT VERY ANGRY WHERE ITS KIND OF SCARY NO LIE, AND IM A BLACK GIRL I DONT SCARE VERY EASLY BUT I BE HERE BY MYSELF SOMETIME AND I DONT KNOW HOW CRAZY PEOPLE ARE BEACAUSE IF U WILL ACT LIKE THAT ABOUT A TIP WHEN IM SPENDING MY MONEY AT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS THAN I SEE THERE KNOW APPRECIATION PERIOD . THATS SO SAD TO SEE I REALLY LIKE THERE FOOD... SO I SAY I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ONCE AND I NEVER WENT BACK CANT GO WERE THERES NO LOVE... BUT THE FOOD WAS GOOD SO TRY IT AND IF THERE RUDE AS HELL TO YOU DONT GO BACK.. AND DONT LET THEM BULLY U INTO GIVING THEM A TIP IF U REALLY DONT HAVE IT , AND GIVE THEM A TIP IF U DONT HAVE IT. I ordered the triple crown, honey garlic wings with fries, and shrimp rolls. The triple crown smelled like funky stale rotten meat, the honey garlic wings were just wings with a pound of minced garlic thrown on top, and the shrimp rolls were ridiculously small and literally had one shrimp in each roll. I called to complain ONLY about the triple crown which didnt seem like it would be wise to eat based on odor alone and i was immediately met by confrontation. They claimed they had the freshest items and that I didnt like the food because it wasnt the brand of shrimp that i may be used to. WHAT!?!?! At this ridiculous statement I just asked for my money back for JUST the triple crown. The "manager" claimed he could not do this and offered a replacement order. It was late so i decided on something i thought would be safe... sesame chicken. When we received the chicken, it was chewy, had bits that were inedible and breading that was gunky and pasty tasting. I have been to lots of Chinese food places but this one has been the absolute worst. The driver and over the phone order person were nice and polite but the cooking is the pits and the attitudes of the manager and cook are disgusting, arrogant, and deplorable. Its one thing if your skills can back your attitude but clearly no one likes their food. My biggest regret was not reading these reviews before i ordered with them. NEVER AGAIN... THEY SUCK SO HARD.

China Palace is definitely my go-to restaurant. Location- the plaza its located is definitely not impressive, but Im here to review the actual restaurant. Buffet- the buffet is not the highlight of the restaurant.. Nothing like Atlanta Buffet or anything. If they wanted people to mainly eat at their buffet, theyd have the word buffet somewhere in the title. Delivery- I have yet to come across a disaster delivery. Somedays it comes earlier than said, sometimes it comes at the 40/45 minutes the person on the phone said. Dine-in- Theres usually a very little amount of people at night, but there is many deliveries since everyones in a rush. Vice-versa, theres more people at the actual restaurant for dine-in in the afternoon. Service- the owners and workers are real nice. They remember me everytime I visit, with the exception of new hired workers. Delivery drivers dont do much, they just try to give me my food and rush back to the restaurant or to their next delivery, which I have no problem with. Food- not an authentic Chinese restaurant, but I have no problem with as well since Im just there for chicken wings and lo mein.. :) Ive tried nearly everything and its very well cooked. My favorite is the egg drop soup, YUMM! I really recommend just trying this restaurant!

We placed a delivery order for a family of 5. The order taker repeated our entire order and when it arrived it was grossly incorrect. This is the second time this has happened and we are letting other buys to beware. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes because he had failed to tag our order for delivery instead of pick-up. Half of our order was missing and they didnt want to do anything to rectify their error. Instead they delivered the other half of our missing order, wanting to charge me for it, and we refused the delivery. Much to my surprise, they illegally charged my credit card without a signature for the refused delivery. Now have to work with my bank to reverse these charges. We are no longer a customer and recommend you find another restaurant as well. Too many other places, with better food, that believe and understand customer service! This place gets and "F" in my book!!!! Buyers BEWARE!

Terrible delivery service. I made an order from the Honda Dealership not even 5 minutes away with written instructions to deliver to the service center customer computer room via eatstreet, an hour passes, nothing. I call them and they say the driver speaks no english and they will remake the food and deliver again... an hour passes AGAIN, and I dont get my food... I call back asking for a refund. Right as I leave the driver finally shows up and it takes me 3 times to explain to him I already asked for a refund and cannot accept the food. If youre going to hire someone for a role that requires a rudimentary command of the English language to follow simple instructions... then hire someone who speaks English. Certainly cannot comment on the quality of the food... because that would require me to have ACTUALLY RECEIVED MY FOOD. Still waiting on my refund btw.

We ordered delivery out of desperation and ignorance. First, the delivery took one hour, as opposed to the 40 min estimated on the phone. Second, every dish had something critically wrong with it. Specifically, the lemon chicken had no lemon flavor. Instead, the lemony taste was found in the fortune cookies. The chicken batter was overly thick. The fried rice was bland and possibly not freshly made. The mooshu pork as a filling was actually quite tasty. However, the pancake wraps had clearly been microwaved together in a roll in plastic wrap, resulting in one congealed sometimes oddly crispy mass. Honestly, were used to eating authentic Chinese cooking and even for Americanized Chinese cooking we have standards. Which this place fell way below. We recommend avoiding this fake Chinese place, unless you desire the food described above.

man..ok on a good note..nope not good...they said 45 minutes and it 20. i tilted my head when he arrived because...did you cook the food or was it scraped up from yesterday. Also, I ordered Spicy Beef fried rice AAANNNDDD General TSO from the lunch menu. Only one container. But Devin was nice and said hed give a credit. oh but the food...bad. The chicken was heavily sauced and stale. The spicy beef had no spice...at all... no flavor...no heat...just leather like meat and some rice. Thanks but no thanks Devin. I wont be using that credit. The price wasnt bad...but then again maybe it was. I told my lady, Im putting the food in a brown paper bag in case i get sick...heres the evidence. now im going to brush my teeth and floss...
