Delivery does not come with a menu, napkins, utensil, or sauce for Krag Rangoon. The food quality is above average but I am not sure it is worth the price. I called after my food was deliver about the sauce missing from the Krab Rangoon and the women rudely responded, "special request only". In addition to our appetizer, my family ordered dinner combos which we were charged individually for each item. When we ordered the women did not say the price and quickly hung up. If I would of got the price before hand I would not have placed my order. Good luck.

The fried wontons had almost no filling in them. There was no way to enjoy these, believe me I tried. The oil that they had been fried in had a smell to it, may be time to change your frying oil. The beef with broccoli was decent. I ordered my plate with a side of fried rice and an extra white rice. I only got the white rice. I couldnt bother to wait for the fried rice so I just had what I was served. The girl serving us was very pleasant. Most likely not going back there.

I have been dinning at 3.6.9 for two years now and never been disappointed. You can dine in or take out, both have same quality of food. The only thing they do not serve, which I love, is bourbon chicken. :-( . Other than that it has to be one of, if not the, best Chinese restaurant in the 32708 area. The location of this restaurant does not always come up correctly on the map. It is in the same plaza as K-Mart and Albertsons.

The best Chinese food in central Florida. From the time I dated my Wife (over 15 years ago) to the present day, we have loved 3-6-9. The food is wonderfully prepared and the service is always friendly. How can you go wrong with fresh prepared Spring Rolls and 5 Flavor Chicken? While we dont live as close as we once did.. we still make a mandatory dinner stop in to 3-6-9 when visiting central Florida.

We just called 3-6-9 to order dinner. While ordering, we found out they did not have boneless spare ribs that my daughter wanted, so my husband told the woman on the phone to cancel the order. The woman on the phone said, "Gee, waste my time!" with an attitude and hung up on my husband. Seriously bad customer service. We will not be using this restaurant ever. Learn some manners lady.

Good food, seems like they use good ingredients, good service whenever I get a chance to eat in. Problem is their customer service on the phone. The woman usually taking orders is always rude. Also when asking for delivery she would tell me to tip the driver more because I was close to their 5 mile radius and it still took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive.

The food here is pricey for Chinese but very good. The dining room however is very dated and tired. Menus are falling apart, decor is old, and the chairs are covered in the plastic you might find on your grandmothers couch. I would expect a more high end feel that would reflect the cost of my meal. The food however is very fresh, and very good.

Take-out lunch specials, for how expensive they are, come with a small portions of the main item and a lot of bland fried rice. Only ingredient in fried rice is egg. So sad. Awful chicken stock used in "wonton" soup with terrible, soggy, raw-tasting wonton. I expected more from an "award- winning" restaurant. Wont be going back.

If you want overpriced, bad food that will make you puke later, then this is the place for you. I ate there about 3 hours ago and have been running to the bathroom ever since. Luckily I paid over 70 dollars for my family to eat there so that I could get sick. Thank you 369 First, Last, and only time I will ever go there.

The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. The head waitress has a huge smile permanently plastered to her face and always seems completely genuine. She is super friendly and she makes the whole restaurant! The other servers are polite and accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious! Generous portions and great flavor.

Finally I have found a descent Chinese spot. I’ve always passed this one and never gave it a shot. Glad I did. It was delicious. I ordered the chicken with broccoli, honey chicken and a side of lo mein noodles. Everything was good. It was hot and tasty by time I got it home. Definitely recommending this spot.

TERRIBLE customer service. The "manager" Delila was very rude when I inquired about delivery. I dont think responding with "look lady, I dont have time for this" is an appropriate response when dealing with customers. I can understand being busy, but this was just rude.

Been coming here for years and love the food and service. Tonight my food just wasnt the same. Our server was quick to notice and not only took it off my bill but made me a fresh batch cooked perfect to go. Thanks for the great service. Definitely will return.

Very good Chinese food, you can definitely tell it is not your average cheap Chinese restaurant in the quality of the food ingredients, price may not be similar to your average Chinese place but you are definitely getting what you are paying for.

called for a delivery. After waiting 5 minutes someone started to take order but disconnected. Redial end and got my order in but waited over 1hr, no delivery. Food is good. Customer service terrible. Crap shoot if you will get order.

Good food and friendly service. My only complaint is their fried rice is just rice! No hint of vegetable or anything except occasional spec of egg... looks like white rice colored brown! Their Five Flavored Pork/Beef is very good.

Excellent food. Great service. And a nice dining room with cloth napkins. This is not a generic take-out Chinese restaurant. My only complaint is that there is a TV in the dining room, which kind of cheapens the atmosphere.

I dont know what theyre talking about. I went to this place based on reviews and it was horrible. If you want good Chinese food I would recommend 168 in apopka altamonte area on 436. Best in Orlando.

Only place my family will eat Chinese food in Central FL. Friendliest wait staff and management - remember your names and give trinkets to your kids! Price is reasonable and seating never a long wait.

I am always happy with the food and service at 3-6-9. The prices may be a smidge on the high side, but generally it is money well spent. They do a very good job with take-out and lunch service.

Not my favorite, the fried rice lacked flavor and punch in my opinion. However it really wasnt bad it just doesnt stand up to other restaurants in the Orlando are that are in a 20 mile radius.
