Ive been going to this place for several years, but if there is any problem with the food the owner will try arguing with you and do nothing about it.So today I had my wife pick up lunch from there and the brown gravy sauce was overcooked and thick like molasses like if never experienced.I called the restaurant and the manager put the owner on the phone , a Chinese lady who basically told me that I wanted more sauce and they have to charge extra for it I was trying to explain the issue with her and she said that I wanted extra sauce and they have to charge extra and I should of told them that when I ordered.She did not care about what I had to say , I told her after several years I will not come back and she responded with ok. I also said how unprofessional it was of her and I will never return back to here again there are just too many better Chinese restaurants in the Orlando area.

This was the most commonly used Chinese restaurant my husband and I generally order from. For the most part they are pretty good. Today, for some reason the food was horrible! I ordered a shrimp in garlic sauce (my original) and not only was the broccoli extremely hard, but it didnt have a pleasant taste and made me feel ill instantly! I called to inform them that the food was not good and my broccoli was extremely hard, and the only response I got was, "I apologize, Ill let my manager know." There was no type of compensation offered. Both me and my husband threw our food away. It was a waste of money, and because of this experience, we will never purchase food from them again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off let me start off by saying that Ive been a loyal customer to this place for almost 2 years. However, I will no longer be giving these people any more of our business. They are unprofessional and rude. Would rather argue over the phone with you and tell you to find another restaurant than try to provide customer service that would ensure the return of a satisfied customer. I urge people reading these reviews to NOT order food from these people. Theyre math is off, rude like I already stated and its unacceptable for a customer oriented establishment. Never again. Ill give my money and loyalty to a place more deserving.

Worst experience ever! Ive been a loyal customer since 2013; but lately something has been off with their food. I had to eventually stop eating there all together, because in the past year every time I ate there I got food poisoning. Something must be wrong with the food if you get food poisoning every time. The first time I thought it was maybe something else since Ive eaten there for so long; but I began to notice that each time I ate there after that I would be sick. Finally realized that it was them.

Im so surprised by some of the poor ratings. I have been ordering from them since I moved to the area 5 years ago and have yet to have any issues. My experience has been the opposite of those negative reviews - food is what I would expect and always willing to customize when asked, price is in market range, servings are very large an, delivery is always correct and usually earlier than estimated time, and always pleasant. If NY style chinese is your preference, then First Choice delivers.

Coming here for over a year, the food is the best...customer service now thats a different story....never agin will I order food from here ,I always order same thing and tonight they screwed up, got all the way an notice my order wasnt right so I call and get put on hold for more than 10min. So I decided to go back up there and then the lady wanted to charge me more because they screwed my order up.....You lost a good customer over the difference between white rice and pork fried rice ...

If you are looking for New York Style Chinese food, this is the place to go; The food is hot, fresh, cooked and spiced perfectly. The portions are huge. You cant beat the value. I have eaten Chinese food all over the world, and, by far, this is the best place that I have ever tried. I will never eat Chinese food anywhere else, as long as I live in Orlando.

Do not order from this place!!! I have had nothing but problems ordering from this place! Delivery takes forever and then it comes missing half my food and when I called them they wanted me to come and get my missing food! I insisted that they deliver it and when it came it was STILL missing several items!!!!

Ive been ordering food here for 2 years and they have been going down in service and food called to ask about them messing up my meals for dinner and the young girl said then go find another Chinese restaurant. Really?! OK they dont care about their customers and really lost a steady 35.00 dollar customer .

Literally I am so in love with this place and their amazing Chinese food! Its so hard to find a good and affordable Chinese food place in this Orlando area, but First Choice has yet to disappoint me. Their food is always ready quickly and everything is always fresh no matter what time. I LOVE YOU.

I order a delivery... i big order over 70 dollars. The guy of the delivery took 1hr and 22min to get here. The food was ok we order special fried rice and ribs and wings with fries and dumplings and pork,shrimp eggroll. The best from all that food was the dumplings... thats it.

I had the same problem with one of the guy who wrote the review, It took forever to make a delivery, and the food was cold and gummy. This is the worst ever delivery I ever had, it also missing something in the order which I had paid for it. I would never go there again.

This is my usual Chinese takeout place. Ive never had any troubles with them, and they are usually pretty fast and give plenty of food for the price. Keep in mind this isnt a sit down restaurant, just a little family owned takeout place, and the food is pretty good.

I called this place and I parked in front. While on the phone with the kid, I told him my order he said 10 to 15 minutes. 17 minutes later I walk in and the food was not even started yet and then the lady came up with some excuse, mumbling and stuttering her words...

Food was terrible, ordered food it was not marked as made with peanuts but it was and im very allergic to peanuts took almost 2 hours to get our food and it was cold, then it took another 45 min to get a replacement with no peanuts

Havent eaten at the restaurant itself, this place is my go-to for Chinese take out. Food is so good, and service has been great too. Love their curry chicken and krab rangoons. Great veariety and willing to customize dishes :)

Food wasnt bad, but they took 1 hours and 45 minutes to deliver my food. It was raning cats and dogs so i didnt want to drive but they are 10 minutes from me. I called asking where they were and she was simply rude.
