The food gets 4/5 stars but the takeout gets 2. We usually order takeout online, and the past few times it takes 20 - 30 mins longer than what is promised. Very frustrating when you have your kids in tow. Not to mention the food thats sitting in the window getting cold while they wait for the rest of your order. Wtf!? Edit: Spoke to the M.O.D (manager on duty Childers I think? ) about this most recent incident, he was actually working the line cooking up a sweat. He was very apologetic about the whole thing and explained they had a few cooks call out. He then proceeded to comp half of my order. I wasnt trying to get a free meal, I was just trying to vent my frustration and explained that. He said it was the least he could do since we had to wait an extra 30 mins. So the food is still 4/5 and I bumped the 2 star to a 3 for takeout issues since the other times it wasnt because they were short handed.

this location must be closed ,a lot of issue ,and we did report and no result,i did order HOT AND SOUR SOUP and it was looking VERY VERY bad and disgusting and very very thick, i brought it to one of the cook and i showed him,he told me always the soup look like this,and i explained for him at least 2 times a week i am here and i order same food,,and in front of drink station floor was a lot of drip soda and sticky that you could not walk,this restaurant from 10 i give 2 and i will contact Florida health department and secret shopper and i will comment on google and yelp too.

Theyre obviously unable to handle the amount of customers visiting the establishment. While I commend the General Manager on working besides his staff on the line, doing so severely limits the ability of the GM to manage the live operations of the restaurant. I will do my part in lessening the stress of this restaurant by visiting other establishments in the area. When I can go to another local restaurant which is equal to Pei Wei but offers far better customer service in a less stressful environment, I see little reason to fund one that is just doing enough.

Service very unprofessional, sucks big time! Called to place an order... After about 10 minutes on hold I gave up.,so I ordered online... Pick up time was stated 1:30 so I went to pick up the order at 1:45 to give them a little more time... Just în case they were busy... Well I got there after waiting another 10 min. finally I got acknowledged and after I paid to find out that the order was all messed up...(not to mention checking the food with her fingers) . So I just gave up... and canceled. Waste of time! Good luck with that business

The food is great always which is why I continue to order from here but the service is extremely poor. I always place my order online and every single time I go to pick it up the girls behind the register never acknowledge my presence and it takes 10-15 minutes to get my food. Ive waited that long and all the while several times my food was actually ready and sitting on the counter. Its simple customer service and after waiting 30 minutes which is my entire lunch break I will never come back.

Ok, I hate reviewing low but have held off for the last 2 or 3, and now , for the final visit. Ordering take out is the way to go now and Im guessing that the way this store is run, that is their goal.Tables take forever to be cleared off and the drink station is chaos, dirty and usually only one drink machine working. Management needs to get the dining area under control. For the quality of food coming out, and for the prices, they need to do better. A lot better.

All personnel that I had to interact during my lunch was so nice that it was hard to believe. You dont get a five start service in a casual place like that. The order that was not to my satisfaction only because I overlooked the description, was immediatly replaced. Never do I take my time to write the review, especially positive, but I was very impressed by these guys! Well, goes without saying - the food was fresh and tasted great!

Great food - when its cooked right (not raw chicken), when its prepared right (not missing sauce, missing other items) and when its done on time (to go orders sometimes wait an additional 10-20 minutes) its some of the best in the area. I have my complaints about the place, but the food quality usually subdues the complaints and I come back. Just check that you have everything you ordered and it was cooked thoroughly.

I don’t recomendor to any one to go to their Altomante Springs, FL Location, they are so slow , we waited 55 minutes for 2 chicken rolles and they only had 8 customer eating and 5 waiting for take out, I asked for my money back they gave me the refound reciepe but I never get my money back. Never.I called to follow up they said call later manager is busy!! What kind of customer Service is that?!!!!

It seems like this particular Pei Wei location is very close to the quality of PJ Changs with very little wait during hurried lunch schedules. is definitely offering healthy and tasty options these days. Since this is fresh made Asian Fusion food to order, they can spice it up or tone t down per your request. Ive tried a number of items off the menu and I havent had anything I would order again.

Best Pei Wei in town! The staff greets you with a smile when you come in and is very informative about their dishes if you have any questions. One very nice lady in glasses remembered my party from the last time we were there and made us feel like old friends welcomed back! The appetizers were quick to come out, and the entrees followed. All was very delicious. Definitely a repeat restaurant.

Food was great but a take out order took 30 min to be given to me... the 3 guys up front were taking their sweet time to do everything.. it wasnt that busy really... the one guy that took my order looked at me 20 min after I ordered and dis t even acknowledged that I was waiting for my food that was sitting by the window. I placed my order at 5:38pm and went to ask for it by 6:00pm...

My experience was very poor. Although it was a very busy night they forgot my wifes order. it didnt come untile abour 45 minutes after mine arived. I had to remind them several times. I am not someone who orders the spicest item on the menu but i though why not. I will try some of their pei wei spicy and it was completely bland. not hot at all. very disapointed. will not return

We had issues with getting orders delivered correctly and had given up on this restaurant until recently (I had gotten a coupon and I thought, wth). The order was done correctly (yay!) but I was disappointed to find that the prices had increased and the amount of vegetables had decreased. Ill just keep the local businesses alive, thank you.

They cant get an order right. We order hot and sour soup and we got weak low class won ton soup. When I go there for a business lunch,its soooo noisy. I gave them to try to exonerate themselves for screwing the order up.....they agreed. But really - get it right the first time.
