I do not know what all this griping is about. I have ordered from them since I moved into the area this year and they have ALWAYS been fast and my order is always right. I really love the food and I am a picky eater. I have never had a messed up order and it has always been packaged nicely. They have great phone service too and even make suggestions for things when I am not sure about something I have not had before. If you are thinking of not ordering because of the negative comments, I would not let a few less than perfect days scare you from ordering. I have never had any problems. I love this place and I will keep ordering for myself so, their loss :D

Another sadly disappointing customer. I dont usually write reviews, most places are at least somewhat decent, but this is the second time I have been here and have been grossed out by the food. Lets face it, Chinese food is hard to f-up. Their fried rice is tasteless. The sweet and sour sauce tastes like over seasoned lemon puke. The only decent part was the chicken but theres no excuse for this kind of food. Go next door to Fuji Yama. That place is on point. Sigh...i think Im going to throw up.

What sound is more delightful than "hello, pu yi" in that womans soft voice? Who knows! Ive only been in Pu Yi to pick up an order Ive placed, so I cant speak to the restaurant for dine-in, but they must have the quickest cooks/drivers in the UCF area because they deliver so quickly. Seriously, Ive ordered food and its been there 10 minutes later. Fresh chinese food thats always piping hot (its just come from the stove) and so flavorful!

I am new to the area and wanted to find a great chineese restaurant and on the first meal we hit the jackpot! Ms. Pang was absolutely very nice and the food is always on point and extremely delicious! I love the food! I have been eating chineese food since I was a little girl and this is one of the best I have tasted! If you want top quality, flavor and just soo good get there right away!

Bought food to go and decided last minute to stay and eat after the weather turned. Both the women inside got upset and started making a fuss when they realized I wanted to dine in. As soon as I noticed this I decided to leave and they were too eager to have me leave with my food. Ill never eat there again. Poor business practice and bad customer service.

food was gross. I ordered beef of broccoli and sugar donuts. of course the fried biscuits came out fine but my beef tasted like whatever else trash they cooked in the wok prior to my meal. i wanted my money back but since that isnt an option Im helping u save yours. Im from nyc so much chinese food palet wont stand for this. this food trash

Placed a pick up order and when I go home the Shrimp Toast was burned (black), the pork chow mien was rubbery and no pork, the fried rice was cold and the egg rolls tasted old. I have ordered from this restaurant before and never experienced the food being this horrible. Will never order from here again.

My roommates and I just moved into apartments near this restaurant, and I felt like having Chinese one day. So I called them up and ordered shrimp lo mein, which when I brought back home had not been properly cleaned. I was horribly disappointed and will never place an order from this restaurant again.

I like coming into the place very clean nice and neat the waitress and the hostess were very nice but when it came down to ordering the food the prices were a little bit high and when the food came out it was not to my liking I feel as though it was too bland not enough seasoning not enough pizzazz,

Really Good Wonton Soup, and Awesome Crispy Chicken with 5 Spice... Its pretty much the best fried chicken youll find. The food is served like family style, each order is big enough to share. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants Ive been to. Ive been going when in town for over 8 years now.

My family did not enjoy any of the food we got, unfortunately it was unanimously the worst Chinese food weve ever had. Plain taste to all the food, made carelessly, dry chicken, no seasoning on the food it seems. This food didnt taste good at all and is an embarrassment to Chinese food.

Very good! Big portions and great taste! I get general tso at other places but Pu Yis is bigger and tasty-er all around. Great spice if you like that too. Lo mein is fantastic too, i can eat just that unlike other places. Great Chinese restaurant! Heck, Great Restaurant!

I went around 8:45 pm on a Sunday for a snack. They have cloth napkins! Large won ton soup was not so large. Soup had a good flavor but wontons terrible. OK I am used to having wor wonton soup but... The spring rolls were a bit dry and crispy. But it was late.

I have been ordering take out from Pu Yi for years and have never had any complaints about them. The inside is a little bland, but it the food thats the main purpose of going there right? If you do stop by you simply must try the steamed dumplings, delish!

Food is pretty good. A little greasy, okay portions. After going to them put of convenience for over a year, Ive finally decided to never go back. The older woman at the counter is beyond rude every time. The food is not worth the aggrevation.

The wait staff are good, and the restaurant is nice enough inside. However, its pretty pricey, and the food is just not very good. Its not "terrible" but its pretty underwhelming considering the price, so I suggest looking elsewhere.

The woman at the counter is the owner and super nice! The food is American style Chinese but better quality than most and more authentic flavor. Wide variety on the menu with big portions. You can order on the Seamless app as well.

Had them deliver to the house and they arrived promptly. Egg rolls from here are dank and shrimp were deveined. I usually get the bourban chicken and its always good!
