After a long day, my boyfriend and I went to Sonic in hopes for some good food and a milkshake. After ordering a combo number 9 with no lettuce or tomato, a combo number 7 with mustard and onions, plus a milkshake, we sat in the car for what felt like 30 minutes, to then finally receiving just only our drinks/milkshake from an employee, who was also asking for payment, which the order was already taken care of. We get our order, a number 9, just the sandwich(no fries), with tomatoes and lettuce. We kindly tell the employee of the mistake and hand him the entire bag back. Not once, not twice, not even three, the fourth time we were given our order back only contained the number 9 sandwich. Not the fries. Not any part of number 7. By this time, were all mad. Not to mention there were other customers waiting for their order from it being incorrect, after having the Sonic employees fix his order 3 times, already! The Sonic manager claimed that they were super packed and that they will refund the order. Im sorry, but there were only 4 cars in the drive through and maybe 4 cars in its parking lot, when it can hold at least 30 vehicals in JUST its parking lot. In the end, we wasted about 40 minutes there, drove down the road to Checkers and spent only 2 minutes tops in line. Thank you Checkers.

I have been coming here nearly weekly for the past 6 months. Each trip is perfect. The staff here is amazing and super friendly. The food is always hot and fresh, while the burgers are melty and delicious. Sometimes it takes a few minutes longer to order or get my food, but perfection takes time! Otherwise, service is speedy and with a smile. I have complemented them 3 times through corporate, and believe this Sonic is the best in Orlando! Give it a try, and understand that the carhops and staff are human, therefore cannot have your food out immediately as you order (since everything is made fresh every time) . Have patience and be kind and this Sonic will reward you with a tasty meal. Also, the facility here seems clean and the restroom is clean as well.

This sonic makes a mistake almost every time I visit. The communication must be abysmal. Being a fast food worker, I know how easy it is to convey the accuracy of an order. With that said, they correct the my order and either upgrade my food or give me more stuff than I ordered. They are very accountable. I havent been greeted a couple times during morning hours when the store should be open and have driven away after about 3 minutes of no response and nobody at the window. TLDR Low consistency, frequent mistakes, high accountability and always fixes mistakes well.

This place will be out of buisness soon if the owner doesnt make a lot of changes. The sonic cheese burger had so much mustard and mayo you couldnt eat it it , my unsweet tea had so much lemon in it it was in drinkable and this has happened more then once. I am a sonic lover but this place is the worst . Dont waste your time and money like I have . Its just not worth it !!! They just dont care. Anyone on here with good reviews must work there. Dont waste your time chick filet is less than a half mile up the street . Now theres good customer service .

Horrific customer service. Was made to wait more than 5 minutes in the drive thru before even being greeted. Was told to wait halfway through my order after I was finally told to start. When I asked why I had to wait after already waiting for so long, I was refused service and told to leave. This is not how business should be done and I look forward to boards going over their windows soon.

The food always tastes fresh, not stale like Micky Ds or Burger Kings. They serve breakfast all day long. They serve more types of drinks than anyone else. They serve more types of frozen treats than anyone else, except ice cream shops. And the best thing of all, no need to waste gas or time in a drive thru line, just park & theyll bring your food right to you. I love this place.

We ordered some burgers with bacon and when i opened my burger the bacon looked a little under cooked and i asked for a grilled cheese instead. I asked them to adjust my bill since the grill cheese is significantly cheaper and the refunded me the entire meal. That was awesome. We are big on customer service so props to you Sonic Manager @8:30

What a pleasant trip Ive had in this town. I came to sonics and order all this food but my moms bacon didnt really taste good so i asked for a grilled cheese and gave her the burger and my card to adjust the bill and the manager gave me back all my money. I went there for the first time on Thursday afternoon and ordered a #3 combo. The carhop was very friendly and the food was delicious. A heavy set guy came out to make sure I was OK. I found out he also made my food and as I try to tip him he said "no thx, just doing my job". Talk about WOW! I will definitely be coming back

Both times I visited this sonic I left disappointed. The first time we ordered the 2 can eat for 9.99, but they charged us 15. The second time we went I ordered a bacon burger, but there was no bacon on my burger AND the food was cold. I threw the fries away, and ate a cold bacon less burger. I will not be coming back

At this specific Sonic the menu has been described as an "enchanting" exhibition of modern design. The food is bomb. Anyone that disagrees with Sonics values as an establishment is honestly hatin so hard, so just go ahead and get that slushie youve been seeing on tv even though the commercials are lame.

This the first time Ive ever had any issues with this Sonic. I ordered a foot long coney and it was too burnt to even eat. I dont think Ive ever been served burnt food at a fast food place before. I literally took one bite and threw it out. It will be awhile before we go back the one at this location.

The foot long chili cheese dog was great! I wouldve given them 5stars but they werent making anything with ice cream, so no milkshakes, which is what theyre known for! Was very disappointed. Did they run out of ice cream or do they stop making anything with ice cream at 11:15 on a Friday night?

I dont understand how this kitchen works. I could be the only car at the drive thru and it still take the kitchen 10-15mins to send out my 1 order. Its like the managers are playing around in the back with the employees and the owner checked out long time ago.

Love the food Sonic has to offer, but the freshness of the food from this location is always hit or miss. There is always something wrong with my order... I feel like people dont pay attention. Unfortunately Ive had more bad experiences than good here.

I will sometimes drive quite a distance just to get a breakfast toaster sandwich. Just FYI, if you go to this location on off-peak hours, expect it to take time. They never seem to staff enough people for off-peak hours.
