They got my order wrong twice. Unlike McDonalds, Taco Bell and Wendys where they have a screen so you see what youre ordering in drive through, Checkers only has a speaker and so youre just hoping they get your order right. They do not repeat your entire order back to you so its just a guessing game. Food, surprisingly, does come out pretty fresh and hot. They just need to incorporate an ordering screen in drive through and maybe cut back on the sarcasm. Customer service could use a brush up and maybe smiling a bit more? These people definitely dont look like they enjoy working here. Also, if youre planning on eating on the road, bring a few gallons of water in addition to your soft drinks. Everything on their menu is heavily heavily salted. I can feel my heart palpitating after eating here. My fault though.

Sat in the first drive thru lane, after a few minutes at the order speaker someone came outside and told us to go around to the other drive thru lane. We had to wait for everyone behind us to move to the other lane before we could move and then we were behind everybody in line. We finally got to the speaker window and sat there for 10 minutes with no response before giving up and driving up to the pickup window. We then placed our order at the pickup window and had to wait even longer for our food. It took at least 20 minutes total to get our "fast food " they didnt get our order right and they didnt even give us a receipt so we could see what they charged us for.

Absolute worst customer service Ive seen in Orlando so far. Its like they are too busy playing around to listen to your order. The last time I went, I ordered a Lg coke no ice and was asked "you wanted a medium water?" Yes, water and coke sound identical. We ordered a Lg coke no ice and Lg diet coke and received a large coke no ice and large cherry coke no ice. When I told them it was the wrong drink he wanted to argue with me that I was wrong. I cant drink non-diet soda, I know the difference! The food was tossed in the box and cheese all over the inside of the bag, and meat was burnt. I absolutely refuse to ever go back here. Save yourself!

Food was ok, not great but not terrible. Had the big Buford and got the loaded fries. Burger was acceptable for fast food. Not a fan of the loaded fries. I really like checkers fries so probably wouldve been happier without the salty cheese sauce n bacon bits. After we ordered the meal and paid, we decided to add the 2 apple pies. Buddy made sure to get that $1.07 but sure didnt include them in the bag. I guess if the manager cant manage to make personal calls and get the orders right what can u expect from the rest of the staff...

The service was horrible. They have 2 drive-thru lines; one for each side of the building. With 2 lines the wait time is still horrible. The lines were barely moving at all. Even when I final got to the speaker I was immediately told to hold on. When I got to the window to receive my food there were 3 people trying to get my order. They were all confused!

Buyer beware. The food that Checkers servers is not for the feint of heart. Its all greasy and really on par with fair food. I dont mean this in a bad way, for I love fair food. Checkers fries are amazing as well. Just beware that you should not be eating Checkers if you have things to do. Its cheap pleasure food. The service is fair. Nothing too special.

Wasnt expecting much for a cheap meal but for 3 bucks i got two nice sized burgers and they were delicious. Quick drive through time as well. Place looks dirty on the outside and even inside but for what I got i was impressed. Would recommend for a cheap meal!

Just left there. I expected whoever was there to be cranky and give us "meh" food cuz its almost 5 am.. Turned out the guy there (long dreads, black male) was super pleasant and made us hot fresh food at a good pace!

Very disappointed in the web misleading. I drove 27 mins because this was the only checkers listed online to be open until 5am only to find out they closed at 4am. They need to update their site info.

Its a dump. Wanted hotdogs with mustard. Got a greasy dog with so little mustard you had to have a thick glass to see it. Go to 7-/11
