normally I dont post on these things but I went to sonic last week and got a cheese burger all the way with no cheese and my order got messed up, they took it back and brought me out a new burger that was made correctly but tasted alittle old. I told the carhop and she seemed almost mad at me for their doings, and had such a bad attitude. leaving sonic that night I didnt plan on ever going back! but tonight my daughter wanted sonic so I went thinking I was going to regret it yet again. however, the carhop that came to my car tonight was awesome and had such a great attitude and was so nice and even joked with me when I was embarrassed about something she had witnessed. I didnt get her name but she really made my night. my shake was really good, my fries were too hot to even touch and my burger was made correctly and was also much fresher than last time. made me second think on my attitude on leaving last time, they are getting better and it will take time to get up and moving properly and I hope they succeed and dont end up like that last one. good luck sonic and thank you for the experience

I think the cook is too busy flirting with the carhop girls to get the order right or even care. Fries were obviously old and oil logged, burger was ice cold and had what i asked not to have and did not have what I asked for. How incompetent do you have to be to screw up a burger? EVERY TIME. When you call for service they dont even answer the phone it just rings and rings untill someone picks it up and hangs up. Worst service Ive had anywhere no wonder this is a third rate food chain and will remain that way. Id rather have jack in the box and get food poisoning. I strongly recommend ANYWHERE but this sonic location. Because of this recurring issue with sonic I will never return to any sonic at any location. Hopefully they will be out of business soon like many of the rest of their locations.

The food was subpar, and the service was terrible. I went at dinner time on a Saturday, and they were out of almost everything on the menu. There was a general lack of communication amongst all the employees, about what they had and what they didnt which made things confusing for everyone. We paid for tater tots only to find that they were completely out, and our "carhop" obviously didnt give two craps about our meal. Why they had a truck full of food being delivered during dinner rush on a Saturday is beyond me. Even my sweet tea was gross, my dads Arnold Palmer didnt even have lemonade in it. Youd have a better experience getting snacks at Race Trac for gods sake. Avoid at all costs.

Went last night around 1 am b was the only car in line. Person taking order was clearly playing/joking with others inside.Had to repeat order numerous times ( which was #2 with a large drink.) Pull to window the the guy say you had a #1 with a large drink. REALLY? While like 10 people were inside the building cleaning or whatever. After like 5 mind he hands me my food and says have a nice day... Ugh you forgot my drink. Get home burger and tots cold ( I live 2 mins away) I figured after the mad rush they had the first few weeks they were open the service would be better. But was let down.. Longwood is way better.

First off, I love sonic mozzarella sticks. I came on here to say the man who takes me orders named Michael is awesome!! Everytime hes taken my order, hes so enthusiastic and truly sounds like he loves his job. To add, the cashier who handed me my food at the window, Xavier, was a great young man who was very charming and kind. He made sure to know that I was satisfied before I left the drive thru. They are some of the best service you can find nowadays. I had to ask for their names so I could give them credit.

The young man at the drive through was great. His voice made my day. Thank you MICHAEL, you could be a radio announcer with that voice of yours. Thanks for being professional and treating me with care. He told me hed rather be an entertaining order taker than be a boring grumpy person. And believe me you were anything but boring. "You totally earned this google review." Anyone in radio need a new announcer because hes your man.

Worst time ever. Couldnt get my simple burger right!!! Took 3 times before the manager said he would make it himself but he actually didnt! The skaters are great, its not there fault management sucks! Customer service from management was unbelievably unexpected especially from a place that just reopened!!!! Think twice before driving off without checking your meal. Shoot think twice about going period!

The food is good if you are looking for something that will fill you up. Large portions for a decent price. No need to get out of your car, as you order from the menu next to your car, and a girl in rollerskates brings it out to you. Just to note, this isnt the healthiest of foods, as it is fast food, so if you want something healthy, go elsewhere. Very large drink selection!

I got sick from burgers,ive gone to other sonics, and theyre definitely tasty fresh food not this location. I should of listen to my wife she went to use bathroom and there was blood all on the floor, the service was bad waiters uniform looks dirty, probably why we got sick, theres probably no hygiene. Ecoli is in abundance at this store.

Im glad it reopened but the service so far has been lacking. Ive stopped by twice and both times I was unimpressed with the quality of food. Todays visit was also met with stale bread as the chicken sandwich bun was so crunchy, I was unable to eat it and was like trying to chew a rock. The corn dogs were good though.

Fast service, Terrible food. Twice since the opening we have ate here and twice they have given us wrong, soggy orders. Will not be back, and please dont post a reply asking me to contact your supervisors, thats your job and asking your reviewees to do that is a lack of you doing your job.

The got my order wrong from the start. I told the girl that my order was wrong. She went back to fix it and never came back. I then asked nicely over the intercom for my hamburger and mustard. Im still waiting as we speak. This has been a 30 minute process.

I wanted to be better than when they were here before but it was worse. The food was cold, they got are name wrong four times and then informed us that there are no refills and we need to go reorder drinks ourselves instead of asking her.

Service was quick, jalapeño poppers were fresh and hot, at the expense of our fries and chicken tenders, which were cold. The whole meal was cold EXCEPT for one item...not worth the 15.00 for cold food.
