Listen to this: I KNOW the location at 1501 S French Ave (17-92 and 13th St) always get orders wrong and you have to check/open every single item consistently. The food is never really fresh. The help is unbelievably slacking. The lines take forever because they are slooooow. But yesterday took the cake. I opened the Big Buford burger only to find two PUNY BABY-SIZED MEAT PATTIES in the center of the bun. They were like 3-inches in circumference. So Im waving my arm at the window, which they mysteriously shut calling the lady back... takes a minute for her to realize Im not going away and she needs to turn around and come BACK. I hand her the burger saying this is NOT what I ordered! She KNEW, and I then heard her say to the order preparer, The lady said this isnt a Big Buford, and some dialog takes place. A minute later, the lady comes back and says we put three on it because we are out of big meat. I said WHAT?? She repeats that and I cant believe what Im hearing. CHECKERS IS OUT OF MEAT AT 7PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT? She said sorry, but if thats not good enough (the 3 baby patties), I can come back tomorrow for a Buford. I just told no, thats fine, Im not driving back here for that and Ill take the 3 baby patties. But why try to SCAM ME and hope I drive away and not look until its too late?? Are most of the people going there that drunk that they wouldnt notice THAT? I mean LOLOL they were so TINY like even smaller than McDonalds Happy Meal size! LOL On a more serious note, I DO consider that THEFT from the customers who came in and ordered something that Checkers knew they could not fulfill but took the money anyway without informing them that all they had (and wd probably soon run out of as well) was BABY MEAT PATTIES. This is one of the worst Checkers I have ever eaten at. But then again, it IS Checkers... what can you expect?

Rating this location a single star is being WAAAY more than I want to. Literally, if there was a way to rate it 0 stars, I would do it. We ordered a small orange creme shake, first of all, when you make a shake, you fill the cup to about half an inch from the top, NOT less than halfway. THEN, you put a CLEAN FREAKING lid on the beverage, NOT A LID COVERED IN COKE. The fries were obviously sitting in the fry station too long, they were super crunchy and over cooked. The hot dogs, OMG THE HOTDOGS... disgusting. 100% inedible. The service was outrageous, we sat at the drive thru for 2 minutes and for that two minutes, we were asked 7 times if we were ready to order. Each time, we said hold on, were looking at the menu... AND its like they knew wed complain because they left the receipt out of the bag so I couldnt call them back to complain. Needless to say, I will never go here again.

Every single time I come to this location there is an issue!. I have never come to a place that closes and re-opens with the same BAD attitude & nasty people. For the last 2 months Ive come by around 11pm and for some strange reason "systems are down" with no apologies what so ever. But they manage to have a walk up full of people. Im totally displeased with the service and attitudes that come from this restaurant. I love the food but I hate the snappy, unpleasantness I get when I come there. Simply ridiculous and uncalled for.

This location recently re opened. I wish i could rate lower than 1 star. I order food for 2 people and it took 25minutes for the order. When i checked the food it was wrong. Not even close to what i ordered. Called them (no number on the receipt) and explained what happened, the manager said she could only give me corporate number not replace the meal. I drove back anyway and got the meal replaced which still took them 2 tries to get a simple order correct. Never will go to this location again.

Service absolutely sucks very rude staff members and if you need any spare change you can just hang out there because they dont care if your homeless or whatnot and allowing them or anyone to beg for money while youre sitting there in the drive thru waiting to get your order you tell someone a manager and they go its okay shes here all the time really I work for my money so I dont recommend going here theres plenty of other Checkers that are a lot better

This is the most horrible location to go to. Ghetto is not the name for it at all. Some employees have no morals, they made us back up and go forward to restart their clock. So inconvenienced, I found a piece of hair in my food, returned it the lady said I can only give you back your money I wont remake it. I was beyond disgusted after this. never again. worst experience but I guess thats what you get for cheap food.

This place was disgusting I went there and I actually seen them drop food on the floor and pick it up and try serving it out the window one of the girls that was on the line making the burgers decided she was going to answer the phone and just lean against the counter with her elbow in the bag of lettuce not one of them had gloves on

My favorite fast food burger place. The food here in my opinion is far better than McDonalds, Wendys, or Burger King. Also it is far cheaper than those three restaurants. The wait is the only bad thing, but if you come here during not normal lunch hours you do not wait long.

This is the worst place to get food from in this area. They have no respect for their customers. They dont care if they have you waiting for your food. They mess up the order all the time. To top it all off they will give you an attitude if you complain.

The food tastes good most of the time. Today though... I went here to get some burgers for lunch. Got home and took a bite of my burger and its practically raw in the middle. Not just pink. Red. Its not legal to serve undercooked food like that.

This store was cited by health officials for storing bread and cups in the mens bathroom floor, 12 inches from the toilet. If you are in the mood for a urine coated bun, this is the place for you.

I asked "why bother with the lid", not shown here, which is typically intended to keep the contents from spilling out of the cup. That obviously wasnt going to be a problem as its about half full!

When here they did not have any apple pies then asked for funnel cake they did not have does either. And waited in the drive thru for about 15 min for just one meal. Super disappointing.

I love the burgers and fires but they take way way to long they need to have 2 drives thru nd the staff take way to long, they playing around the lines need to hurry up be quick

I bought a combo mail from this location... the coke they gave me was nothing but soda water.. when I tried to call them to let them know about it all I got was a fax machine...
