Special ordered a birthday cake a week in advance, paid over $30 for it and they still messed it up. Watched the girl clearly write on the order all vanilla yet the night of my daughters birthday we cut the cake only to have chocolate ice cream. Called the store and asked to speak with the manager only to be given the 3rd degree and told "I have to call the person who make the cake then will call you back". Never got a call back, i had to then call back to the store to be told that the store owner will be calling me. Worst customer service ever!! A women then called my home stating she was the owner and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and clearly lacked customer service skills as well, only to be told i needed to prove my daughters cake was wrong and when i said that i think its ridiculous being how i feel as though im being held at fault just for wanting some resolution for THEM ruining my daughters birthday cake she then told me to take my business to another store because she was not going to solve this problem. So beware, if you want quality with good customer service, DO NOT GO TO THIS DQ. Clearly if the owner doesnt know how to treat customers neither will their staff.

as the new owner, all you have to do is read the other post to understand why this store has failed our fans in the past. it is the goal of new ownership to give people a consistent product, consistent service and consistent hours. it is obvious that, that hasnt happened in the past. I will not apologize for past mistakes and I promise that we will do whatever necessary to give our customers and fans a 100% reason to return. Used to be great with awesome employees...apparently now their is a new franchise owner / manager and hes horrible. You can tell the employees are terrified of getting yelled at constantly and they no longer enjoy what theyre doing. The manager made my blizzard and it had about half as much "Stuff" in it as usual, when I always pay for extra. I dont see myself going back here any time soon.

Showed up late at night. Lovely young lady named Andria smiled and welcomed me despite the late time and being the only known worker at the moment. Was also enthused to go the extra mile and make my milkshake extra tasty. Usually I dont right reviews for FF restaurants, but I was very pleased with the service and milkshake. PROPS.

There store is clean they give sevice with a smile.cashier gives you the (Value meau) choices). $5 daily you get a drink with burger &fries desert. Very Nice store , a Manager is available inside the on each shift.

Really has gone downhill....new owners or whatever it may be, they skimp on ingredients and I have not gotten a properly mixed-up blizzard in a while now. Used to be an great place too :(
