My wife and I stopped here after a late night trip to the emergency room with our son. I ordered a chili cheese coney and a order of jalapeño poppers, my wife ordered a BLT and an order of mozzarella sticks. After we placed our order a car hop came out to let us know they were out of chili so I changed my coney to wings. We waited for our food and when it was delivered my wife realized she didnt have any tomatoes on her BLT (a key part to a BLT). She hit the call button to ask for tomatoes and she was told "Were out of tomatoes, sorry." They didnt offer to get her something else. She ended taking one bite of her bacon sandwich and realized the bacon was burnt to a crisp. She threw it away. My food was good and she said her mozzarella sticks were good. Ive never had a bad meal from sonic so this was very disappointing. Wont be back to this location.

Did not receive any service as the employees were paying more attention to their electronic devices than working. After a long night of work, the sonis was on my way home. I tried to go through the drive through as it was after the car stall hours. As I was driving up to the sonics I made eye contact with one of the employees inside, who at the time was on his phone with headphones in and there was another employee standing behind him. As I pulled up to the drive through no one answered and I waited a few minutes before trying to get someones attention. Still no one answered, so I drove around again only to see the first employee with headphones in take them out and get the other employee and take him into the back where I could not see them anymore. Still no answer at the drive through.

Used the drive thru, ordered a meal, got to thw window and paid. The girl at the window handed me my drink, receipt, said "have a nice day" and then closed the window and walkes away. She didnt give me my food. So I sat there, trying to catch the attention of someone for a few minutes, but no one came and so I drove back around and got in line again. I told the woman through the speaker what happened and she said "well you drove away" despite the fact that I had waited and was given my receipt and told to have a nice day. They had clearly forgotten about me, but whatever. So a different girl brought out my food to me, and guess what, they had gotten the order wrong. They gave me tater tots instead of fries. Horribly unorganized and unprofessional, rude workers. Never coming back.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 diet cherry cokes. Had to repeat it 3 times. Got our drinks and they were regular cokes. We asked if we could have diet cherry cokes like we ordered and were told that we were wrong. She throws the drinks down, and punches our new drink on the fountain so hard with her finger I thought itd break. Then hands us our drinks and SLAMS the door in our face. Unbelievable customer service. Our receipt said that our order was taken by Vivianne. I hope this girl has a serious attitude adjustment between now and her next shift. Will NOT be back.

Everytime me and my boyfriend go here we get cold food or something is wrong with our order. It takes them 7+ minutes to get our food and they never put mustard and onions on my boyfriends hotdogs when we specifically ask for them. I used to work at a sonic and i know that if your chicken sandwhich is going to take 15 minutes to cook, let the customer know. Also we never get napkins. Constantly have to repeat myself when ordering. If they make it right and our food is hot, its a good meal but most of the time its not worth going.

Staff is rude. They do not follow measurement guidelines for portioning of food. They try to save food cost by shorting people, especially on ice cream. One of the managers there was argumentative with me when I returned a molten cake Sunday that only had a teaspoon worth of ice cream on the top. I have visited sonics all over the country because Im a truck driver and I have never seen a sonic anywhere that has tried to shortchange people their products like this one, does.

I understand fast food restaurants arent 5 star dining..but every time we have gone to this sonic there is always the village idiot of St. Augustine working the drive thru. The morons working there never get the order right, you have to repeat it until you dont even want it anymore while ordering and the food is always cold. On more then one occasion weve ordered drinks that werent even filled all the way. This place needs new management and new staff.

If you are looking for fast food, you have a 50/50 chance of liking this place. I have been here a few times and I get the orange cream slushy. If they get it right, it is delicious, if not it is like water. They have burgers hot dogs, fries and most of the major fast food meals. Most days the drive thru is quick, but some are not. This is a hit and miss place. You make the call.

My boyfriend and I were out late one night and decided to try sonic out for the first time in a long time. My boyfriend ordered the bacon burger toaster, and let me add in that we were literally the ONLY people in the parking lot, and they didnt add the bacon to his burger. Also, the onion rings I ordered were real greasy. We wont be going back.

OMG, dont eat here! My wife and I poked our head in to ask a question and the place stunk like a dumpster. I about wanted to throw up. The door says customers welcome but an employee stopped us at the door. They really didnt want us inside so they are well aware of the issues. Ill contact Saint Augustine health department tomorrow!

Disappointing.. Came in early.. Even waited 5-15 mins to let them prep.. Clicked the button no answer twice.. Come thru drive thru.. And the cashier has some cocky tone and then another lady comes up claiming they havent opened before.. This place needs to step it up.. I come thru every 1-3 days before work.

No problem with the food yesterday. It took literally 15 minutes to place my order which was terribly frustrating while on a lunch break. I paid with a card. Then I waited another 15/20 to get my food. If I would have been able to pay with cash, I would have abandoned my order. It was ridiculous!

Food is awesome, the staff is hit-or-miss. Went there tonight to get a half-price Shake their drive thru is down but they were super nice about it and walked outside to take our order since the speaker was not working, they earn cool points for that!

Worst sonic location i have ever been to. Been twice. Never going back. Service is incredibly bad. This place has to be a drug front or money laundering front. There is no way a business owner would accept the kind of lazy employees they have.
