I would put 0 stars if I could. They delivered an hour later than they said they would, and then brought the wrong pizza. The delivery driver complained that it was the stores fault, and when I called the store, they blamed the delivery driver. My options for correcting the problem were have them make the right pizza and deliver it in another 45 minutes, or credit my account so I could enjoy their crappy service again in the future.

Never order delivery from this place. Ordered a few months back, and after 1.5 hours, delivery guy finally showed.. Wrong order. But I understand that stuff happens, so water under the bridge. As Im sitting here reviewing this location, delivery is 45 minutes late. I called 25 minutes ago to be told that my delivery "just left". I live 10 minutes away; if traffic is horrible. This. Is. Absurd.

Had an issue online. For the 50% off deal. I tried to order for delivery but twice it told me there were no pizza huts that delivered to my house even though Ive seen them in my neighbourhood. So I called and the guy was so courteous and was able to place the order for me with the discount with his managers approval. They were great!!

Had to order 2 times because of a problem with a credit card, and it took about 2 hours to arrive.We got the right toppings on our 2 pizzas but in one of them it was the wrong crust size.Also, we never received our 2 Liter Pepsi (BUT WAS STILL CHARGED!!!). Would not recommend, im switching to Dominos

Went for a carry out, after placing the order was told 15 min wait, 30 min had passed and no one called out that my order was ready. No apologies given, after arriving home found out that the wings where undercooked still red inside. Havent had pizza Hut in years and this experience reminded me why.

Just Payed $40 for 2 large pizzas and 16 wings and they gave us the wrong size pizzas and one pizza was made wrong .... the bacon pizza barely had any bacon on it and it was burned plus they forgot the wings wtff said they would bring it about an hour ago

Went into store notice no one wearing gloves or uniforms and was handling food and money without washing hands at the very least.i also preordered my food in order not to wait in line was ignored and left.digusted and will never eat pizza hut again

Went into the store, three employees were at the counter. Nobody acknowledged me, acted like I wasnt there. Stood for about a minute then left. Wont order from there again and will complain to Pizza Hut.

Worse service i have received in years manager there encouraging confrontation they mess up on your order then blame it that you ordered incorrectly end results no conclusion just me buyin pizza elsewhere

Fast and courteous. Not five stars only because the pizza is always super super greasy. Lakeland Pizza Hut pizza tastes way better but this staff is much nicer and more efficient.

I ordered on a Saturday night. I ordered my pizza they told me 15 minutes. I showed up. Pizza was correct and one of the best Pizza Hut pizzas Ive had in a very long time.
