Ordered a burrito, not the biggest culinary challenge especially for a Mexican themed restaurant, but it wound up being just that as the burrito was cold. Not sure how that happened, but I informed the staff and they insisted it was made correctly. Asked for a manager and was informed that he was busy. I had already paid and they werent going to give me a refund or another burrito so I ate their crappy cold burrito and left to never return to this or any other Tijuana Flats. Will go to Moes instead.

Im a huge chipotle fan, but this is definitely a great alternative for a tex-mex night. The portions are quite large for the price, which means you never leave hungry. We have also ordered "to-go" successfully, with no wait time on pick-up. The staff is always friendly and they do hand-made drawings on their special board. The interior wall murals are worth a visit alone, very creative and fun. One of our favorite places - we will be back.

I love Tijuana Flats and this location is always on point! Ive never had a bad experience here, its always been top-notch service by everyone that works there. Obviously the food is amazing and always fresh, but the great service is what keeps me coming back every time. Im going back tonight for my 3rd time this week since the kids are with grandma for a week and I dont have to cook, LOL :)

As always..good atmosphere, service, good and hot sauce! Want to note especially that Amber is awesome She opened the door, greeted me, took,my order, and served it all with a smile. I also noticed her concern with the cleanliness of the store and never stopped cleaning in between tending to the needs of all customers present. An asset to your store...one to watch!)

Service was great, but man is the food bad. None of the hot sauces are hot or actually tasty. Its like slightly spicy vinegar at best. Maybe thats what people like here, I dunno. Im just being honest here. Again, place was clean and interesting, service was great, just unacceptable food.

Glad they are here. Good place to go and a very fun atmosphere. I used to go here at least once a week.Only issue is the food isnt normally hot. I frequently get my tacos and the cheese isnt melted at all, shell is cold and the meat (chicken or beef) is just warm.

First time ever ordering from here. Not impressed. I ordered a steak burrito and it was practically all black beans and tasted dusty. My daughter had the chicken nuggets and it was practically 2 bites for 5 bucks so not worth it. I will be sticking to Chipotle.

The wait times here are ridiculous. The food isnt as good as the one a few miles north. Its always crowded and loud. Whenever i order carryout at least one of the meals is cold. Every time i order carryout i have to wait at least an extra 20 minutes.
