Not a good experience. Ive eaten at perkins before in several different states and have always had good experiences. This however was quite a disappointment. We were one of the few familys in the restaurant and yet the service was very slow. It took about an hour from the time we sat down for our food to come out and one order was wrong. I was told I must have ordered the wrong item and that I must just be tired. (It was pictured on the menu, I even pointed to it when ordering). I didnt want to send it back as it was late and we had already been waiting quite a while. Talked to the manager at the end he made excuses and reluctantly offered 20% discount off the entre as if he was doing us a favor. Between the comments made by the waitress and manager very poor customer service and Im embarrassed Im the one who recommend eating here. Would not eat at this perkins again.

We heard the chicken pot pie was excellent so off we went on our adventure. We drove over an hour. We arrived to an understaffed restaurant. The manager was basically running her but off alas she was extremely organized and so friendly. True Professionalism at the best! I couldnt help but notice how she still took a time to do the little extras that makes a 5 star rating. If there were more stars to give I would. Her ways are amazing! Oh the pot pie is worth the drive! I am pretty sure the restaurant will be staffed tomorrow and t henceforth. ..but if it isnt be sure to take your time to watch a true professional in action. Kudos!!

Never eating here again. Outside on the window it loudly proclaims in large letters "KIDS EAT FREE AFTER 3PM EVERYDAY" - a perk that weve taken advantage of many times here. This particular time we were informed AFTER WE HAD ALREADY FINISHED EATING that the kids meals were no longer free, and they expressed no sentiments over their misleading advertising. Corporate was contacted as well, and two months later have not heard a response - and they still maintain the sign on the window.

We were seated within a few minutes of arrival. The server Amanda was nice. Later when we spoke to the manager because we were waiting almost 2 hours for our food, he told us they were understaffed. When we did get Our food, it was overcooked, all in all, it was a sad experience. The manager did not take any of the blame and did not seem interested with any of our suggestions. People ended up leaving while we waited. IHOP is a better alternative.

There was a group of us 20 to be exact the service was great our server got everything right. Everyone loved their food it was well cook and well reasoned. Everyone single one of us was very satified with the portion of the food that was served. Our breakfast was a success.

Friendly employees and usually not busy. If you sign up with their rewards club, every Wednesday is buy one entree get one free, so it makes a great deal for a couple. Never had a problem here in the dozens of times Ive been.

This Perkins was the filthiest I have ever been. The booths smelled, the bathrooms were dirty. On the plus side the server was attentive And the food was pretty good . This place needs a good scrubbing ..
