Every Saturday my daughter and I come here; its our tradition. The thing that makes Ribault awesome isnt so much that its a great place to munch on a croissant with my little toddler (although I love that aspect of it), but the fact that Ribault is everything that is right about a bakery. Alex the chef is committed to his craft and it shows in his food. You can find no better pastries anywhere in Northeast Florida. When I first tried a croissant, I literally thought, "This is how all croissants should be." The almond croissant is pretty much the pinnacle of a breakfast pastry experience....you HAVE to try it. Nothing else like it in the city. Im so glad Jacksonville has Ribault. It has become a family tradition for us.

I have dined and taken out food from Bakery Ribault enough times that I feel that I am qualified to leave a fair review. I have yet to have a bad pastry from the bakery with my favorites being the ham and cheese croissant and the almond covered croissant. The coffee is pretty standard fare and of good quality but the espresso is where the magic is as it is imported. The lunch specials(panini) are a good value and are delicious. I really enjoy that this place is a coffee shop geared towards the professional crowd. The owner Alex has a great personality and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied customer. Id definitely recommend this place to hipsters to check out as it embodies the feel of old school cafes.

We went here for the first time today and we fell in love. The croissants are amazing. We definitely recommend getting the almond pastry that they have. My aunt is slowly trying to work through everything that they make. She has not found anything that she doesnt like. You will not be disappointed. Unless you get there too late and they are sold out. Get there early and you should get anything that you want.

Lucky to have a place this good in jax, I felt I was eating in a Parisian cafe the croissant was that good. Its remarkable that a guy like the owner, who is self taught, has managed to make simply the best croissants plus some delicious pastries, croque monsieur, etc. Even the coffee is excellent.

Stopped through hoping for a little snack. Grabbed an absolutely delicious morning bun. Buddy got a ham and cheese croissant that he swears is the best hes ever eaten. As it was the afternoon their selection was picked through but we loved it and well be back again.

Absolutely the best croissants in town if not anywhere. They are huge and perfectly flaky, and look like a work of art! The ham & cheese and chocolate croissants were both amazing. French pastry quality. Cant wait to have lunch there!

Stopped at Wells Fargo and noticed this little bakery on the side. Decided to stop for a quick bite and it was worth it. The coffee is incredible and the pastries are all fresh and taste wonderful. Definitely coming back.

Some of the best pastries Ive ever had in my life. Great sized Paninis and a side salad for an awesome price. If you want good, fresh, and flaky croissants I highly recommend this bakery. And the espresso is to die for.

Love the Owner! Ribault is a one man show, he bakes every pastry fresh every single morning! Everything is top notch. This is Hands down the best bakery! Croissants at Ribault topped my indulgences in France.

Could be some decent sourdough bread if it wasnt for the air holes and moist dough lumps inside the loaf. Tried it more than once and found the quality inconsistent. Keep trying.
