Every time I go to this publix in search of a sub I get poor service. The people they employ for the subs have extremely poor customer service. I just waited for ten minutes with no one in front of me while the employees made their own lunch. It was 12 oclock lunchtime too. Bad customer service every time at the bakery and sub station. I was going to get more today but was so angry I decided not to waste my money here. Then you dont have genuine cashiers, they just want to rush you through their line. Its a quick stop for me to go to this publix but now I will not stop there ever again.

Publix has everything you could possibly want in a supermarket. The help in Publix very good and I love the fact that they will take your items and put them in the car for you. Today one of the gentlemen took all of my items out of the carriage and put them by the register. I had a lot of items and was most appreciative of the help. Great place to shop.

There is a lady in your bakery, I believe Catherine she said her name was. She is extremely sweet and kind person. I just felt she deserves to be recognized for such polite professional behavior. Way to go Haines City Publix !!!
