I personally love the chipotle chain, however I was highly disappointed with the service and lack of attention to the undercooked food that we were served at the Weston Florida chipotle restaurant. When I first walked into the restaurant everything seemed fine up until it was my time to order and the manager thought to take that time to ridicule one of his staff members in front of the entire restaurant. The beef seemed to still be mooing and the rice was underdone. Also, when I had asked for black beans I pretty much got bean soup, without the beans (black bean juice). Sad to say, the Weston chipotle needs to revamp their entire staff.

Im so angry with not only the customer service but the food was horrible the chips had ants in them so I gave them back to the cashier and she put them back on the shelf. The guacamole had pieces of the avocado skin mixed into the guacamole. Then I found a hair inside of my tacos I threw the food away I will never go back to this location it was absolutely disgusting... if you can go to the pembroke Pines location off of dykes and pines boulevard they have the best guacamole and their service is a100% different experience.

Asked for a bowl with a tortilla on the side. Was told "We dont do the tortilla on the side". Never heard of this from any Chipotle I have ever been to. My burrito was rolled awfully, couldnt even pick it up without falling apart and looking around, I wasnt the only one with this issue. Overall very disappointed in the staff at this establishment. Will be going out of my way to avoid this Chipotle and fair ones slightly farther away that are more accommodating to my order and more compitant.

I always come to this location, I love the food and service, but today I asked for a little bit more sofritas (Im a 100% sure they didnt give my the "4oz" they are allowed to serve) because it was more like a tbsp... the girl (blond) was extremely RUDE this is the first time I see here working here , the other Mexican guy was very rude as well. Very disappointed , wont be coming back ... I rader drive to Pembroke Pines and get my chipotle !

Great food, and good service until the cashier. Left on a sour note with him rushing me out when there wasnt even a line. Didnt ask me for a drink, didnt offer chips, just a quick "eleven ninety two." Perk up buttercup, customer service is important and it starts with a smile. Kids name is Daven.

This is the second Chiptole I have been too and I can say it was a better experience than the one I went to a few years ago. Although, the food here at times was cold, but nothing a microwave can fix. Overall, this place is nice just maybe make sure the food is warmer.

It is a TERRIBLE PLACE the service is complete BS! They lost my order of 15 people! Didnt offer any solution. They lost the order sheet I gave them the day BEFORE! Not only did they lose the order sheet and my services as a customer but also my respect a restaurant!

Chipotle has specific portion sizes and they dont get enough credit, they really cant help the portion sizes unless they want to get fired. Weston Chipotle is one ofthe best Chipotles in the area in my opinion and they get better every time I go.

They always ruin my bowl or burrito... they dont know how to wrap the burrito well, and they almost always give you like half a spoon of toppings and rice and beans... if you can go to the pembroke pines location its so much better there...

They never have anything. How does chipotle not have tortillas? It has happened multiple times upon placing an order. Our orders have come out wrong and today they didnt have dressing. They are always out of something.

My cousin bought food online they didnt give it to him saying he paid when he did and he gets big bowls it was around $15 so he lost 15 dollars and they were really mean about it poor kid was just trying to get food.

I like this place. Its not a busy as it use to be, which is nice. The online ordering works fairly well. I think the lead time for pickups is a little long. Other than that I like and will return to this place.
