We had been going here for years but the service has finally overcome the quality of the food. Twice they have made mistakes with our order (once their was a hair buried in my wifes dinner, on another occasion they brought me the wrong dish) in both cases they insisted on turning a minor incident into an argument by claiming we were at fault. No really a waiter loudly claimed that the blond hair buried under a layer of cheese on my brunette wifes plate was hers. Only after several rounds of arguing did he, with much sighing and eye rolling bring another plate. The same thing with a waitress who brought some soft of seafood stew instead of the enchilada I had ordered. She insisted several times I did not know what I had ordered. What should have been a simple "whoops sorry" turned into an issue. They had been one of our favorite places but there are now several mom and pop Mexican places in town, who needs to put up with this?

Everytime I go out to dinner, my order is almost ALWAYS incorrect in some form or fashion. OR the last to be delivered. My hubby and I went to dinner here for our first anniversary. First out was my order and something neither of us ordered. Food runner placed mine before him. Server came out and said itd be just a few minutes. Within 5 minutes the food was out. Hot and fresh. She placed before me. (I ordered Super Nachos with ground beef and my husband had the same with shredded, hence the confusion.) Once we realized, we switched. All in all, Vicky was great. The food runners and the expodeitor should be paying more attention to what is going out and which guest receives which plate. Always delicious food. And very friendly staff. We do really enjoy this location. Cant fault them for one mishap in 3 years.

Food was good, margaritas were made with cheap mix but when the check came I was overcharged for an item. Brought it to the attention of my server and he came back with a menu where they wrote a new amount with a pen. I told him to get another menu and he wouldnt. Then he asked me if it was ok for him to charge me the extra! I was taken off guard that a server would ask a guest to overcharge them and i told him no. He came back with the check and did in fact overcharge me so I took the extra out of his tip. Still dont know why I even tipped him but needless to say i will never go back here again.

Great food, the menu has so many choices. Almost too many, but that just makes me want to come back again. The drink menu had a plethora of variations on the Margarita, and a good variety of other cocktails too (try the Electric Jalapeño). The staff is all soft spoken and lends to the authenticity. They draw a good crowd, but we were seated after that not a 3 or 4 minute wait. We took our 4-, 6-, and 18-year old children and all three were happy. There is also a separate bar area for those looking to be seated in a 21 and older section. Great place to eat.

First time here, and genuinely impressed. Everything was great from the atmosphere to the food. Friendly, fast service, fresh chips and salsa, and wonderful queso to boot! And the food was awesome! Great overall experience. I typically stay away from trying New Mexican restaurants because, well... It can be a crap shoot. Literally. But Im SO glad we stopped here and tried it out. Will def make the drive from Melbourne to come back when we need some good Mexican food.

Ive been eating at this restaurant now for 10 years. I was there when they first started and since theyve expanded and still theres always long lines waiting to get in to the restaurant in the evenings so to beat the lines I now take take out and still the quality is the very best! If youre in the area stop off and give Ay Jalisco a try. I highly recommend eating here.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their white queso. The food is average for the price. The chips are good because they arent greasy, but the salsa needs a little help. Large portions. Wait staff has always been very friendly. Really great mexican restaurants are hard to find pass the TX border in my book so nothing really compares. But the food is good and we continue to go back.

ay jalisco was awesome! despite the apparent wait and full benches outside, we were seated very quickly. it looked like there was a full house, but we were seated and served asap. very impressive! i read on the reviews complaints of this location being dirty but i didnt notice anything to that tune. the white queso dip was crazy good!

Food here is always excellent. Portions and price is very reasonable. Love their enchiladas. They provide free chips and salsa which are pretty good; love mixing them with the multiple kinds of hot sauce they have. Expect a wait for either a table or your food during prime hours of dinner on Fridays through the weekend.

We spent Cinco de Mayo at Ay Jalisco and had one of the best dining experiences ever! Great service with happy employees and Great food! The Mariachi band was Great too! Highly recommend! Oh yea, Im from Cali and this is the best Mexican food I have eaten in 12 years of living in Florida!

I visit Sebastian at least 3 times a year and I always make sure I have a meal here. Always great service, great Mexican food and nice portions. It is one of the best restaurants in Sebastian. Not like another Cuban restaurant there. Hope to be back soon.

Everthing was great but when the food came out my daughter ended up with the wrong meal. She asked for the chicken nuggets but got the cheese burger. But they had no problem taking it back and getting the right meal.

3 stars is good. Ive had better but this place is ok. The fajita was a little bit over done. Some of the chicken was dry and pepper over done. But I was hungry and ate it. I most likely will return .

They are amazing!!! My fiance and I go there a lot. We love the food and they just opened up an extension that has a full liquor bar. Sometimes there is a wait, but its so worth it!
