The decor is clean, the prices are reasonable and the portions are huge. If you get a salad or side order of fried pickles, definitely plan on sharing those with two or three of your closest friends. The cue can be a little dry sometimes but, overall, the food is fairly consistent. This is what I call "city cue". BBQ places in town cant make a lot of smoke or they get in trouble. Most have electric or propane smokers. Even at that Park Ave is decent city cue. You wont go away hungry and wont go away broke. The service has always been super nice and weve never had a bad experience there. Do be careful of the hot sauce labeled STUPID. Theres a reason for that. I wont mention the name of some person who tried a big ol taste of it, but they sorely regret it and wont ever do it again...or so I hear.

I ordered the wings for pick up from my office. My secretary as wonderful as she is, picked up the meal for me. When they arrived i was very disappointed to discover freezer burnt wings which depicts horrible inventory maintenance and line cook ignorance or they try to pawn off the expired wings to unsuspecting take out customers. Neither options inspire confidence. I called and spoke to the manager and told him I would like a refund for my freezer burnt wings to which he responded to bring him the product to show him. As I am working and dont have the time or patience to drive all the way back and display this horrible product, I decided to display here instead. Dont waste your time on such a establishment. They have displayed nothing but an extremely disappointing product and customer service.

Service at this location is far from being good. After ordering a draft beer we told the waiter that it wasnt good and asked for something else. He took the beer away and was glad to replace it. We had to ask a waiter that wasnt serving our table because our waitress was too busy to properly serve us. Later we notice the draft beer was on the tab. They charged us for a beer that we sent back and didnt even drink. I used to frequent the location in Boca before it closed and never experienced this type of service there. Overall the food was exactly what I was expecting having visited other locations of this chain. Due to the service at this particular branch, I will choose to go elsewhere next time I am in the area. I suggest you do the same.

I really give the food no stars Im 35yrs old from right here in West Palm Beach I have never once stepped foot in this restaurant my family always went to Red Lobster. So me and my wife and kids decided that we wanted some bbq and wanted to try Park Ave. I was disappointed with my meal the wings werent seasoned they just fried them them tossed them in bbq sauce, so I had them replaced with a half rack of ribs which were barely cooked with so much uncooked fat taking up the majority of the ribs. I normally come prepared with BOOM SEASONING for times like this but I left it at home.

This is the best barbecue in Palm Beach County and beyond. And Ive tried them all. The ribs and chicken are superb as is everything on the menu and portions are very generous. Really, Ive tried them all. Hint: not on the menu but available whenever I ask: chopped sirloin smothered in grilled onions - the best Ive ever had. Not sure why they took it off the menu. Hint #2: Im not much of a potato salad guy - could take or leave. But theirs is outstanding. Make sure you order it as one of the sides.

Ive been a regular patron of this restaurant since I moved to Village Blvd in 2001. I love it. Good for lunch. Good for dinner. Good to bring out of town guests to. The Tuesday night all-you-can-eat baby backs is the best deal you will ever find. My favorite is the Hot BBQ sauce (they call it something different now I think). As good as the ribs are, dont overlook their pulled pork. My current favorite is the brisket with fries and baked beans. Yummy!

very good food, was disappointed with the beef brisket sandwich (sauces on it were great though) but my friend got the adam and eve and wow......maybe the best sandwich Ive ever tasted. their boneless ribs were so tender, it was incredible. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for that specific sandwich (or just ribs) and I will for sure be coming back. As for the sides, the sweet potatoe fries were great, the collared greens not so much.

Thanks to Manager Lance Simpson for his Southern Hospitality--it goes with the food, home-style authentic Mississippi Fried Catfish have it with Jeromes Collard Greens, Kettle Rice, sweet + spicy pickles. Dont forget its a BBQ place, so try the Back Ribs which are dry rubbed + smoked daily in their custom smokers with real hickory. The ribs are fresh, never frozen. Finish off with Key Lime Pie, a tangy, citrusy, welcome to top off the meal.

I Ordered The Baby Back Rib Dinner , with Mac and cheese ,baked beans & garlic bread! The ribs was delicious but the sides wasnt good at all, My husband ordered 10 piece wings w/ mild sauce and they were good but the sides were no good! I did read previous reviews and saw a couple different complaints about the sides and we decided to see for ourselves and the sides were NO GOOD!!!

Honestly the best piece of rib you can buy! After the first time you will instantly name this your favorite place to get barbeque regardless of the slightly high price, because after the first bite it wont even matter to you... seriously! Full rack of baby back ribs Sides of collard greens Stupid bbq sauce My personal favorite

Ordered the ribs combo with brisket. Both the ribs and brisket were dry. For the premium price you charge you should be ashamed to sell old product to your customers. If it is not old then its just bad. I have eaten a lot of bbq in many different places... this place is near the bottom of the bunch.

Friendly staff, consistently good food, casual atmosphere and reasonable prices. Burgers and baby back ribs are great and the buttermilk cake is fantastic. Their corn bread will make anyone who grew up in the south feel at home. Legit southern sweet tea and excellent fresh squeezed lemonade, too.

First of all, keep in mind that this is a franchise. The food here is exquisite. If you are looking for barbecue that is quick and easy, the combos here does it to it. Its not a homemade grannys grill, but is satisfying to no end. Enjoy your dining experience.

Friendly waitresses and staff. Good place. Average BBQ. I wasnt happy that the Brisket wasnt pieces. It was shredded. The baby back ribs were good. The spicy pickles they give you with the meal were awesome. I did not like the milk cake at all.

Good barbecue. Presentation could be better. The ambiance is a bit generic and reminiscent of a BBQ place. Three sauces to choose from. Great corn fritters with powdered sugar, honey, and syrup.
