The overall experience was terrible and we will never go back to Fuego. We made reservations and even with a "reservation" we waited 90 minutes for our table. This was definitely not a case of us just having bad luck because we were speaking with many other parties at the door who were encountering the same problems. Many of them simply left instead of waiting. The staff kept referring to a problem in the kitchen tonight but even if this was the case they could have had the common courtesy to either stop taking reservations for the night or at the very least be honest with customers about the continuous problems and wait times customers were encountering tonight. Even if this "kitchen problem" existed it does not excuse the lack of communication, misleading statements and total disregard for people waiting in line well past their reservation time. It wouldnt have killed them to at least offer people a drink while waiting. We chose to kill some time at the bar while waiting and the food was decent but overall disappointing. As we were finally seated at our table after 90 minutes we placed our order and were assured that we would have food in 20-30 minutes max after the table next to us left after waiting 2 HOURS for their food. 40 minutes later we had chase down the waiter to only hear that our food will be "out in less than 5 minutes". We waited the five minutes then left so cant say how the rest of the food was but can say the dishonesty is inexcusable. To the people at Fuego if you read this - Its inevitable and understandable that restaurants run into issues every so often but to continuously mislead your customers and completely disregarding their time is inexcusable.

Had an awful experience. I went with my wife and 2 children. Ordered kids hamburger meal for them both- came out terrible, the hamburgers were in pieces under the bun. My wife ordered a salad with steak on top- terrible- no flavor and no taste. I ordered the caesar salad- very bad the dressing was awful, however the portion was nice. However they brought and then 2 minutes later brought my steak. I ordered the Cowboy rib-eye steak on the bone $56, very expensive. It had no flavor and was tough. The waiter was very nice but was slow bringing my wifes snapple. When asked if we enjoyed our meal I asked does he want an honest answer and he said yes and I said all the above. He said sorry but did not inform the restaurant manager just prepared the bill. We will never be coming back. Awful from start to finish and certainly not worth $135 for dinner. There are way better Kosher options eat at Hello- Avi I just came back and noticed your generous offer to have my family come back for a free meal. Please let me know if this offer is still open? I am not certain when I we can come by but when we do I will bring a copy of the above offer to let the waiter know that you have offered to give my family a free meal so that we can have a better experience. Please confirm thanks Marc

I had big expectations for this place, based on the reviews. We had a reservation. Only 4 people, so not a big deal. We ordered four different appetizers, waiting to order our main course. It took at least ten minutes for the waiter to come take our main course order. The waiter kept trying to rush off before we finished our order. After about 10 minutes one of appetizers came out. After about another 20 minutes the main course came out. We sent it back, asking for the remainder of our appetizers be served first. They brought out two more appetizers and had to be reminded about the fourth. Finally we were ready for the main course. Apparently, they had just stuck the plates under the hot lamp until we were ready. Approximately 20 minutes. You can imagine what that food tasted like. Completely inedible. We asked for the bill and yo add insult to injury they tacked on an automatic gratuity in the form of an 18% service charge. FOR FOUR PEOPLE! I will never eat here again and will recommend that no one else does

Just had dinner at Feugo and definately recommend it. First time in Miami and we tried quite a few places. This place came highly recommended and trumps it all. We were served by Ronald (yoohoo!) Who was friendly, whitty, and fun! He had great recommendations too and knew the menu well. The food was served quickly and efficiently and the table was kept clean the entire time without us feeling like we were rushed and our food was taken away. We tried the pulled beef Flatbread and chicken poppers for entrees. Delicious and tasty but not too heavy. Awesome flavors and delicious dipping sauce . Kudos to a chef that definately knows what he is doing. The feugo ribs took us to heaven and back and the cowboy steak was delicious. You gotta try the smores jar so leave some room for dessert! We will definately be back next time we are in town and hope Feugo opens a branch in NY soon. (Thank you Danny for the extra care and keeping us entertained and well hosted)

Horrible experience on fathers day. We had a reservation for 7 and on arrival, they showed us to a table for 6. They told us they would place a sit on the end of the table to accommodate the extra person. The problem was that there was no room for the extra seat as it would block the people on the table next to us from coming and going. We told them his wi not be comfortable and if we can move the empty table over. The manager came over and told us and explained that the table is reserved. Well, we explained, you gave us a reservation for 7 and there is no way this table can accompany us the way it is. As we continued trying to find a reasonable solution he began to walk away from us then literally cursed at us. Baffled, we questioned his comments to us and at that point he literally went crazy and started cursing and then kicked my whole family out. Horrible experience. The owner is a lunatic. I would advise everyone to beware.

The hype around this place, both before and when youre there, makes it unresistable. The chef platter really does show off their abilities with meat (no mean feat when were talking about kosher). The soufflé was exquisite (unlike its accompanying ice cream) and the innovative drinks (they dont have a liqor license) were impressive. The only flaw is in organisation: they have clearly invested a ton into making the place go faster with ipads, ear pieces and various staff allocated to different tasks in the venue. However, it appears that they are still a little out of their depth - for example, we ordered two appetizers and they came 15 mins apart (presumably because they send them out as soon as they are ready). The main came out way too soon after the appetizer, which was also disappointing because you need time to digest! Essentially: food 9.5/10, service: 6.5/10 N.B. - for what it is, not *too* overpriced...

I have been three times in the restaurant during my stay in Miami. I had the opportunity to taste the burger, steak, ribs and churrasco. The meat is tender and juicy. The burger is a massive excercise of flavours in your mouth. I cant decide which is my preferred main course! This is my favourite meat restaurant. Meat cooked at perfection and service impeccable. You can see that there is a lot of passion put into the cooking making sure it is delivered at the table really as you like it. French fries and sweet potatoes are an excellent companion to the main course. Size of the portions are generous and it is not a bad idea to share with your friends a selections of the main courses. I am looking forward to my next visit with the hope they will keep the tremendous standard.
