I went there a couple times with my family, the food wasnt bad, but we didnt like how the owner of the restaurant treat other people. There was a guy delivering a couple bags of flour on a small hauling cart, and he came in from the front door. Apparently it was the first time he delivered there, he went to the reception and asked where to drop off the flour. They directed him to the kitchen door. Once he got in the door, we heard a guy started yelling on the top of his lungs with rage. It was the owner guy who was upset and blaming the delivery guy for coming in the front door for delivery. The owner literally said, "You never come in from the front door where the customers come in!" He kept yelling with his Chinese accent repeatedly for the same thing for at least 5 minutes. It was like 1:30 in the afternoon right after lunch time, so only ours and another table were in the restaurant, and we could hear clearly outside the kitchen. I really dont appreciate how that owner treat other people. He might be rich, but hes no different than a piece of ****. Also, that restaurant is run by a Chinese family, they have the four in-laws cook the food, and the son is the owner, who was the one yelling at that guy. The in-laws appear to be in their 70s, dont speak a word of English, long nails, bad hygiene and making dumplings without gloves. You can see them making dumplings while blowing their nose at the corner of the restaurant. They are a typical Chinese family who love money, and think being rich is above others. My family and I will not go back there again, and this is not how we run businesses or treat other people here in America!

Shandong Noodle House is my new Vero Beach favorite for Chinese food. Having tried several other places in the local area, I came across Shandong while making a pit stop at the Verizon Wireless store in the same shopping center. Curry chicken with fried rice and Russian soup - yes, youve found my Russian connection now - I added a spring roll for $1.00 more. Soup was an instant favorite and I enjoyed the other dishes as well. Clean, but small, restaurant on Miracle Mile, just west of Indian River Boulevard. I get the feeling that at the normal lunch or dinner time, this place is packed. It was busy when I arrived for a late lunch just before 3 p.m. Friendly wait staff and clean restrooms. Shandong Noodle House is closed on Tuesday. Please make a note of that before you make the drive. A large take out menu and many specials - including several family dinner specials - are available. I was going to order take out the other night but didnt realize it was Tuesday. Bill Lewis Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

I really wanted to like this. The menu was more of a list and no description. The wait staff was overly casual and didnt seem very professional. I ordered dumplings which seemed steamed or boiled, unable to grasp with chopsticks. The marinated beef udon noodles were not good at all. I may have expected one thing and got another but it seemed very inauthentic. The base was chicken broth, it should have been beef. The chicken broth itself usually has little to no flavor, beef especially paired with beef has an actual taste to it. For whatever reason there was an excessive use of oils, mostly sesame and peanut oils which overpowered everything entirely. The sesame actually stayed with me a while after. I ate the solids as the noodles themselves were okay, nothing great probably where the sesame smell coated my lips. I decided to try the rest of the both and immediately tasted cilantro. That kinda sealed it for me. Never coming here again, it wasnt worth it.

Please, just ignore any bad reviews and eat here. I live an hour away and for a good stretch of time came here 2-3 times a month. This is hands down the best Chinese food I have every had in my life. Everything is fresh and homemade. The moo shu will change your life. I will say the wait staff tends to rotate but it doesnt matter, you need this food in your life.

Ive been going there since it opened and it is the best place for Chinese food - hands down! Im from NY and couldnt find a decent place until they opened. The wonton soup and house fried rice are amazing. I also love all their noodle dishes. The house wine is also really good too. They pay attention to detail and use only the best ingredients.

Very good food!! Service somewhat oK.serve hot tea in a plastic glass, VERY Yucky!! No teacups??? In a Chinese restaurent??? Whats up with that??? No serving spoons with entrees. Get it together.!! There are plenty of other good Chinese restaurents. You will not Survive if you dont improve!!!

I order to go and the service was great. Very friendly, which is why I give it 3 stars. On the other hand the food was not. The fried rice was very hard and the crispy shrimp dumplings was not good. They are rubbery. But great service. Would not go back

Ive always loved this place but I just picked up Sesame Tofu. It has three skimpy overcooked pieces of broccoli, a hearty portion of tofu, and no sesame seeds at all! Not up to their usual standards. :-(

Real food not the goop you get in some buffets. Menu service. I liked the (spicy) Russian Chinese soup and pork dumplings. Good service. Big enough to function but small enough to be intimate.

They make their own in house noodles, and have many classic dishes when it comes to thai food. Best place to go to in the area, with attentive staff and a cozy atmosphere.

Food was very good, service was terrible. The waitress practically ignored us. Never brought drinks, couldnt handle more than one table. Try it for take out .
