I dont even know where to begin with this atrocious god awful place! To begin the staff here is far from friendly. I dont know who said the staff was friendly. The staff didnt interact with us at all, and had the nerve to watch over my family like hawks when it was time to pay the bill! The food was beyond sketchy! They had "pork chops" that were actually crawfish?? The buffet is beyond unsanitary and disgusting! No one in my party of 9 was able to eat even one plate of their detestable, distasteful, foul, frightful, ghastly, grody, gross, gruesome, hideous, horrid, horrific, icky, loathsome, lousy, macabre, monstrous, nasty, nauseating, obnodious, offensive, outrageous, repellent, repugnant, revolting, rotten, satiating, scuzzy, shameless, shocking, sleazy, stinking, vile, vulgar, yecchy, yucky FOOD! I would give this place zero stars if allowed. Our partys total bill was around $84 and they watched us like vultures while we paid. Due to this, I left a tip of $.46 just so I could round the bill to the nearest dollar for their hospitality towards us. Personally, I dont know how the health inspectors havent closed them down! They have to be paying a bribe!

This place is amaaazzing! I cannot stress that enough! I have been eating here since I was a kid, before I could drive or even fathom the thought of driving. So about 12+ years? They have always had great food, I have never once second guessed what I ate or the quality. The inside may look simple, but who needs fancy when you get real delicious food! Some buffets look all clean and fancy, but then the food is so darn crappy. Not this place! Eating here I feel like Im eating at home. They fill your drinks fast, are very polite. Everyone I know knows of East Garden and its amazing food. If youve ever come here and not been happy, then youre crazy. I question anyone who doesnt like this place. lol Took my husband here for Fathers Day instead of a normal restaurant because in the time it would have taken to be seated and get our food, we drove up to Melbourne, went in and ate. East Garden for us is revered as a treat/reward. Its how we celebrate!! (And the other reviewer is right-- I do see a lot of other Asian people eat here. It is THAT good! ha! )

We went to this restaurant today, 2/27/08. We were a party of 13. Everyone liked the food. I have been eating Chinese Food for the last 37 years and have never been to any Chinese Buffete place. This is the first one Ive ever been to. Food was extremely tasty. There are tons of enteries. Lots of desert choices. I would love to go back. I would say that this is the EXCELLENT buffete place for those of us who love chinese food. I will highly recomment this place to any one, who likes good food. The ONLY thing I did NOT find was the Green Tea !!!

Great place for lunch for a great price. Their sift soft drinks are brixed right, low on carbon dioxide. Lines may have been switched at one time = faint diet taste in coke. Just like every other buffet, the time matters when you eat here. Try during peak hours for the freshest food. Dinner is much more than lunch, but also much more seafood. Try the peanut butter chicken :-)

It was good. Not great, but not poor either. They did have fried blue crab and continued to fill the platter. There were some temperature issues (too cold) and some food was overcooked. But if you dont like what you got, try something else. There were plenty of choices. It isnt China Town cooking, but it was only some $6.50 for lunch and that included tea.

This place is horrible! Greasy. Realy greasy food. Dry tough meat. Nasty food. Service is horrible. Never waste my money there again. They need to learn how to cook! They should close there doors! Wished I didnt waste 24 dollars for greasy and chew leather food. Never again. Close your doors, food should not be served!

So I went to this place CUZ I was tryin to make some GAINZ but It turned out it wasnt worth. I found pubes in my soup. Ok Im joking I didnt find pubes in my soup, but the food was terrible in all seriousness and I couldve went to the McDonalds right around the corner and got twice as many CALS for the same price

Went for a Saturday lunch buffet. Good variety, most dishes were oily, sushi and salmon did not taste very fresh, General Tsos chicken was good. The waitresses were polite and cleared the table and filled in water promptly. Overall, I will not visit this restaurant again.

I love Chinese and this place is decent. There isnt a large variety, but what they do have is good. I wish there were more option in the Melbourne area...I give it 4 stars because the people that work there are phenomenal. They make the place very special.

Very upset with the food and drink here. I asked for Dr. Pepper and I have no idea what they gave me. TWICE! The only thing I could eat all of was the cheese dinner rolls. Smh please spend your money somewhere else. Not worth it. Staff was OK.

A very solid place to go to for a good buffet. The selection is great, and the sushi is pretty good. Usually when I have family or friends come over Ill take them here. Never really had a problem with good here. Id recommend it!

Place is disgusting.. The waitress with the glasses is ride as hell... They rush you and.bring your check wayyyy early.. charged me 10 dollars for my 7 year olds meal!. P.f.Chang frozen is wayyy bettet save your money

Terrible. Quite possibly the worst food I have ever eaten. Nothing was hot, warm at best. Tough over cooked dried out and tasteless. Do not waste your money. This is garbage that I would not feed a stray dog.
