My usual restaurant was closed so I tried China Star. I tried to place a large order for a family gathering. The staff kept handing off the phone in the middle of the order. When I had completed the order, I was hung up on before I had a chance to give them my card information. I called back and stated that I needed to pay for the order. He became rude and asked if I, "want to know how much money." I said I did and he only then began ringing up the order. When the order came it was incorrect and we were given white rice when we had ordered fried rice. I called back to request that they fix the order and he tried to hang up the phone. I asked for them to replace the white rice with the correct rice and fix the order. The man argued over the phone for a few minutes and then agreed to fix the order. When the delivery person came back with the proper food She requested we give her the white rice back and stated I had not ordered fried rice. She began arguing with me in my driveway about the order. I returned the white rice and requested my tip back. She became belligerent and stated she had never been given a tip. I personally handed her the tip. TL;DR Terrible service, very rude and dishonest. Unwilling to correct an improper order. I will never order from this establishment again.

I normally order Generals Tsos Chicken combo. It comes with fried rice & egg roll. The sauce always seems darker and has a burnt flavor to it. The breading on the chicken has a crunch like eating stale kids cereal and the chicken itself leaves you questioning how they handle the food. The rice is greasy and bland. The egg roll is...well its an egg roll. Kind of hard to mess that item up. I thought maybe I ordered on a bad night and gave them a few more chances. I cant say the results changed. The food hasnt made me sick so thats why I didnt rate it a 1 star. That and the staff is nice. Though its hard to order from here again with other options available. Ill review again later on in life but for now Im just going to eat else where.

Took about 10 minutes to tell the lady on the phone my address - I dont think she spoke much English at all, and from someone who has done a lot overseas, as well as working with a plethora of people from all over the world, I could barely understand what she was saying half the time. She had me spell out my entire address 3 times and I still dont think she understood. Hope my food actually gets here... will update review when/if the food does arrive.

This is by far the Best Chinese Take Out Restaurant in central Brevard County! If youre looking for real NY Chinese food that is fresh and steaming hot, then I suggest you try China Star! Very satisfied every time we eat there!

Ok in all seriousness, This cant be chicken! What kind of chicken has this texture? what kind of chicken has off unique crispy areas, there is just so much wrong, including the flavor. I ended up throwing it away.
