We order from here about once a month. Im a stickler for the bourbon chicken or sweet and sour chicken. Over the past 6 or so months, the food (those dishes in particular since that is what I order) have drastically gone down in quality. It tastes like pre-made reheated stuff out of a freezer. I find it to be a notch or two below fast food. I can only assume they are using cheaper product. Its at best lukewarm when I get it as well. We had been putting up with it every order saying "maybe its just this once". Even though its been the last 6 times. My wife and I ordered last night and decided to blacklist it from our takeout options. The chicken was all dark meat and chewy as a tire. It tasted like it had been sitting for an hour and reheated in the microwave. The fried breading was almost mush. Sad because it used to be our favorite Chinese takeout.

I used to order lunch from here 3 out of 5 work days as I work in the same plaza and it was convenient, however, I have not been able to eat here for months after witnessing their shipment of vegetables and meat being left outside for hours out back in the heat. Im talking boxes and boxes of food supply being left out in the rain/heat/humidity/with bugs between 7:30am until around 11am on multiple occasions. Im shocked people arent getting sick from their food! I will post pictures of this as proof next time I see it happen and I will report them!!! Its so gross!!!!

Recently we received a review from Ms. Jacque and we confirmed with our food supply company that they delivered our product earlier than usual, but we returned the food as soon as we found it there. However this is the first time it has happened and it will be the last because we have given our suppliers a key to our business and instructed them to leave the ingredients in our walk in cooler

The last 2 times in a row Ive been there has been some mishaps, first I called in my order 30 minutes early I show up the order has not been placed. Second time I order sesame chicken , then knowing I ordered sesame chicken they still gave me sesame shrimp hoping I wouldnt notice the mistake. Over all decent food just slacking on service just double check everything .

The food is great but the attitude of the lady behind the counter takes away from the experience. She has an attitude that says she is doing us a favor by accepting our money. Good place to go for great food at a decent price. However, prepare yourself for this lady. (she is always there)

This place has terrible food the egg rolls are very small and the wanton taste like dogfood and the women who owns it steped on the table to reach someting on top with her shoes on and jump down and continue to cook didnt clean table
