The food is bland, dried out, and buffet style quality. They charge you extra for EVERYTHING Good. Anything that panda knows tastes good they have an up charge for. So if you get the rib tips, the orange chicken with bacon and the coconut shrimp your looking at an additional $5. Ridiculous. On the bright side it is fast and convenient and you always know what your going to get at panda with no surprises.

Always freshly made even while there the food is tasty, and the staff are great. Very cleanly inside most staff wear plastic gloves on hands. They make sure you that you are aware something is spicy and the food is always hot. Love their spring rolls! Always give you sample of what you ask just to see if youd like it and give lots of hot mustard and soy packets when you ask!

Friendly staff, and the food is always kept at a high standard. Have never had issues with order accuracy, even with substitutions or extra requests (try doing half rice / half noodles....also have teriyaki the sauce poured on the noodles, it helps them out sometimes when theyre a little dry)

The food is blend and they dont offer many vegetarian options other than steamed mixed vegetable with no flavor at all. The place is clean and the staff is OK. I would go to a real chinese restaurant before considering Panda Express again.

Really? You have to be kinding with the prices and the quality of food they produce. The lucky garden up the street it about the same price and you have support the local business and get 100times better for your money.

Good experience usually. Had reciept trouble last night but the manager got me a paper copy and gave us coupons for the next time we come by. Great customer service if you ask me. See them again in 2 weeks!

I walked up to the order line, stood there and waited for well over a minute before any of the 3 employees even acknowledged my presence. The food sure g this visit wasnt as good as previous visits.

The person taking my order abandoned me while taking my order, then I missed my bus...but usually theres better service, and to be fair its because her manager had her cut up some pork or something.

Great Chinese fast food, and staff that is way more friendly than youd expect from fast food. Once I had to wait in line longer than usual, but they gave me a free meal coupon to use for next time.
